  Came, left never heard back from him. Guess it wasn’t a good enough job for him. Don’t want to use anyone that can’t communicate properly.

  Terrible experience, lied about the use of sub contractors, leaks and horrible communication. Very disappointed.

  Came to my house to give to give me a quote.did a thorough job of diagnosing my roof and told me about five things that needed repair but never got back to me with a quote.

  Placed several calls for 2 days. Never got a call back. Lady keep saying she will "call me back in 5" and never did.... Don't call them if you ever need anything as a follow up after a job...

  Guycan is a very good company work with. They not only do very good routine maintenance, but also respond emergency call very quick with reasonable charge. They are very flexible and considerate with customer. Their sales, work dispatcher and on site service men are really listening customer's voice

  Guycan has been a very good company to deal with. They were very responsive to my initial inquiry. They came when they said they would and finished the job when they said they would. We had a problem with the initial work, on one of the seams but they quickly came back a d fixed the problem. Top marks.
