Personally I had a horrible experience with this company. While they were very personable people the husband and wife I got nothing but the run around and excuse after excuse. From sick employees to family deaths and personal problems it was always something. Unanswered calls and never a follow up. I would literally have to drive across town in the hopes that I would catch them in office to be met with more empty promises. Not only would I not recommend this company to anyone I would discourage any one from putting trust in this company. My first and last experience with this business

Gulledge Roofing did a great job with roofing our addition and tying in the existing roof shingles!! My only complaint would be their annoying AI telephone answering system, but the workmanship and flexibilty of working around our schedule as we were constructing the addition ourselves was spot on! Thanks, Gulledge Roofing!

Thank you so much, Shelley! We really appreciate your kind words and are glad our team was able to work around your schedule and make the new addition tie in smoothly with the existing roof. We also appreciate the feedback about the phone system, that’s helpful for us to hear as we continue improving the customer experience. Thank you again for trusting Gulledge Roofing with your project!

Gulledge Roofing responded promptly to our request for a roof inspection, report of necessary repairs, and cost proposal. Their representative, Hunter Carter, gave us a clear explanation of their work process, and the time required for the job. We accepted their proposal, and the work was completed on a timely basis.

When Gulledge Roofing came to give me a free estimate - they were the 7th one as quotes from the 6 made me cringe. He saw my distress and offered to help me get it done. It seemed impossible, but Gulledge was determined to help. They provided me with their own lawyer after I explained my insurance company refused to help. After THEY sent my insurance company to inspect my roof to SEE the storm damage for themselves - they not only covered my roof with a tarp using the nicest most kindest and respectful crew I’d ever met - long story short - before I’d even received the money from my insurance company to pay them - they sent that same kind and respectful crew back to put on the new roof. I received the money from my insurance company to pay them much later - but I kept in touch with Aubrey at their company - keeping her informed of my progress to get them their much deserved endorsed check. Aubrey patiently walked me through the process of getting the checks from my insurance company endorsed - and there was even some money for ME AFTER the lawyer and the roofer got paid. I can’t thank Gulledge Roofing enough for helping me. In my eyes - their compassion, kindness, and willingness to be of service is rare and the entire world needs to know that there are roofers who genuinely “just want to help.” I cannot thank Gulledge Roofing enough and we will ALWAYS remain grateful for their help.

Gail, reading this genuinely made our day. We remember your situation well — you'd been through the wringer with six other estimates and an insurance company that wasn't on your side. We weren't going to let that stand. Every homeowner deserves someone in their corner, and it was our privilege to be in yours. Your patience and trust throughout the entire process — from the tarp to the new roof to navigating the insurance pathway — that meant the world to us. We're proud your home is protected and even prouder to have earned your trust. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. This is exactly why we do what we do. — Aubrey Gulledge & The Gulledge Roofing Team

Homeowners ask us roofing questions all the time, and we are always happy to help. A few common ones: Do I need to wait until there is a leak? No. Small roof issues can sometimes be found before water gets inside. Can you tell me if I need a repair or replacement? Yes. A professional inspection can help explain what is going on and what options make sense. Do you offer free inspections? Yes. Gulledge Roofing Inc. offers free roof inspections for homeowners in DeLand, Deltona, Daytona, and Central Florida. Call today 7 hours agoCall now
