The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Greg MacDougall and his crew are honest and do very high quality work. They saved me from another contractor who scammed me with a defectively installed metal roof that needed to be completely removed and reinstalled. I called Greg MacDougall and I explained my situation to him; he came the next day with a metal roof specialist from his crew, Toby Orton. They worked out a plan to make sure my metal roof was installed properly while also going out-of-their-way to be sympathetic to my situation and helping me to not have to be out an exorbitant amount more than what I had already been scammed out of from the previous contractor. Greg MacDougall and his crew were extremely personable, friendly and informative throughout their work. They responded right away to my calls, texts and emails. They explained the work to me and they made sure to keep me updated on the work along the way. They made sure I was satisfied with everything. I could tell that they earned their BBB rating of A+ by their pride in their work in even the littlest details. They told me to call them if I have any problems and they will come back and fix it. My metal roof is now completed and it looks awesome, and I have the peace of mind now that it’s been installed properly. I recommend these guys 1000%, Greg MacDougall and his crew; Dustin and Toby are extremely professional, honest and they do high quality work. I can’t recommend them enough.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 1 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Greg Mac Dougall's Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
