The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Grand View Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning
Topics Google extracted from this business’s reviews, with how many mention each. These are words that appeared in reviews, which is not the same as a service the business sells.

Fantastic job. So glad Jamie did the job. Experienced, professional, polite, and extremely hard-working. The roof looks terrific, and he problem-solved a couple of issues. Highly, highly recommend.

Jamie was a professional in every aspect of the roofing process. From the application of the shingles right down to clean up. My neighbor was so impressed by his work ethic and attention to safety. That said neighbor came over to tell me to make sure I informed Jamie of this. Totally recommend Jamie and his work.

Grand View did my roof and did an exceptional job! They were there at 7am every day and made sure our property was cleaned up before they left every night. I couldn't recommend Jamie more highly.

I inspect homes for a living and Jamie's work is some of the best and most consistent I've seen. While they were working on my own roof I got an opportunity to inspect each stage and his workmanship is top of his field.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Grand View Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
