  This was, without question, the worst contractor experience I've ever had. The workmanship is only part of the story. The biggest issue was the complete lack of transparency, communication, and professionalism throughout the project and, especially, the final billing process. After receiving my final invoice, I simply asked Gorilla Roofing to explain how my original contract amount had increased and to provide a line-by-line reconciliation of the additional charges. As the owner of a construction company myself, I considered this to be a very reasonable request. Instead of providing a straightforward accounting, I spent weeks receiving vague explanations, references to my insurance scope, contract language, and repeated demands for payment. Only after numerous requests did they begin identifying supplemental charges, yet they still never provided a reconciliation showing how they arrived at the final amount they claimed was owed. Rather than answering a simple question, the conversation eventually turned into threats of attorney fees, collections, and "today only" settlement offers. I ultimately paid the remaining balance—not because I was ever satisfied that the invoice had been properly explained, but because the time and frustration required to continue dealing with this company simply outweighed the dollars involved. Transparency matters. If you're considering Gorilla Roofing, I strongly encourage you to carefully review every invoice, request detailed documentation for every supplemental charge, and make sure you fully understand exactly what you're are being asked to pay before submitting final payment. I cannot recommend this company.

  Update (1 year Later): I'm still getting cold calls from roofing salesmen after given my info to this company. I give slightly wrong info to schetchy people so I can tell who sold it. I get calls at least 3 time a month (used to be alot more when they first sold it) Original Review: Luke took my info, and sold it to roofing salesmen. (I gave different info than publicly available so I know this is the only source) (8th month later updated) They came up and down my street after a bad hailstorm, and were very friendly. I had them up on my roof while I was cleaning the gutters and said that I would be interested but need time to decide. Not 2 days later I'm now getting calls everyday from different roofing companies asking about my roof. 10 different companies now saying they want to fix my roof and won't leave me alone. Update 2: (8 months later) STILL Getting roofing calls with the information I gave to this company. No other company or service did I get this info to, nor can it be looked up for it is under a different name than I gave. This company sells your info! Update: (3 months later) To this day I'm getting calls about my roof and other home repair items from random companies. The reason for my belief that my info is being sold/leaked from this company/salesman is because They were the only ones I've given my info with this number. Plus my name is not tied to the house, so there is no other way that I would be getting First name solicitor calls asking about "my" house. I got a call today about it reminding me it's still happening since that day. Went up to 2 stars for attempts of communication of reconciliation.

Rest assured, for us to sell your information would not be beneficial for us at all nor would it be profitable. There are companies that specifically search public records and sell your information for a few cents at a time. That is most definitely not us. We would love an opportunity to help with your roof should you change your mind.

  I believe you have the wrong company, we do not have you in our system. we do not have a Korby here. I know a gorilla roofing from Kansas city showed up here because of the storms and we have sent a letters from a lawyer so this is no longer there name. Please call the office to speak with us about other concerns.

  We have used Gorilla Roofing and Construction 2 times (replace our old roof and install soffits and aluminum facia) and have had a great experience both times. We appreciated their attention to details, quality work, fast and reliable service. We worked with John and Dalton and they've been super helpful. Everyone at this company was always courteous and professional and the final product was top-notch. We would definitely recommend Gorilla Roofing and Construction to any homeowner!

  After a tree fell on our house and our insurance said we needed roofing estimate to get the claim started. Kris Ade, came out to give us an estimate and immediately put my mind at ease during a very stressful situation. He also noticed something missing from the roof during the initial estimate and put a temporary cover over it to help protect our home. That kind of care and attention really stood out to me! Kris went above and beyond by coming back to the house when the insurance adjuster was there to help explain everything to help us get a new roof. We haven’t had the actual roofing work completed yet, but our experience so far has been outstanding. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing services!
