NOT RECOMMENDED! I normally don't write a review, but our experience was not good. We had the complete roof, siding, fascia, guttering and deck refinish done over a 10 month time frame. I had to stay on them throughout the project to get anything done. The roof and guttering was fine, but the rest required much more work. The replacement fascia had to be re-replaced due to shoddy installation. The siding needed multiple trips, not to mention that they damaged my brand new vinyl gate (over $1k) and told me that they were not going to fix it. I ended up negotiating a settlement on it as it would have simply cost to much to pursue. The deck work required multiple trips to fix things( they painted on the new siding). The worst part was the lack of communication! I have worked for a technology contractor for over 29 years and had multiple discussions with the 3MG management about the lack of communication and NO return phone calls, texts, etc. This is the basic part of business. 3MG FAILED ME. Ultimately the work got done, but it was very frustrating. Not the type of service that one should expect from any company.

Gary, I’m sorry for the frustration you went through and for the lack of communication and follow-through during your project—that’s not the experience we want anyone to have. While I’m glad the roof and guttering turned out well, the issues you described with the fascia, siding, deck work, and the damage to your gate are unacceptable. If you’re willing, please reach out to our office with your address and project details so we can review what happened and see what we can do to make this right.

I can’t imagine all these reviews are not family and friends. I’ve had a terrible experience with this company, including an outrageous quote and being highly Lackadaisical with timing. Stay away from them at all costs.

They were very accommodating. Willing to meet the insurance adjuster despite weather forcing a reschedule. Mickey and hus team worked to get the roof looking and completed quickly but more importantly correctly. A few originally unseen extra damages were found and quickly fixed. I highly recommend and will be using them again for any future issues I may have.

I had my roof, siding, gutters, garage door, and fascia all replaced which was a large project. I cannot overstate the quality of project management service 3M provided before, during, and afterwards. Austin Noah was the project manager and he went above and beyond to be sure everything was done thoroughly. No detail was overlooked, it was so easy to work with him I barely had to be involved. Highly recommend.
