  If replacing a roof was always this easy, I suppose people wouldn’t complain about it so much. Good Knight Roofing handled my father-in-law’s roof replacement, and it was about as turn-key as you could ask for. They showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they promised, cleaned up afterward, and finished on schedule. It’s almost suspicious when something goes that smoothly. Cole was the sales representative who came out and made the recommendation. No high-pressure sales pitch, no mystery, just straightforward advice and follow-through. In the roofing business, that’s rarer than a pigeon with a pilot’s license. I’d happily recommend Good Knight Roofing if you want the job done right without any unnecessary drama.

  Cole was exceptional. Very personable and professional. Roofing completed in two days. Cleanup every day as promised and very happy with Nordic beauty and quality. We chose the best both in the contractor and quality of product. Would definitely recommend Cole and Good Knight Roofing.

  Cole and his team have gone above and beyond to help us with our roof. While we were waiting to hear from our insurance company on a claim we had made, Cole made a special trip out to repair a section that was in need of repair ( a section of shingles the insurance inspector removed and only covered with plastic). Cole also responds to texts quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company.

  EDITED: the supervisor for my region did come talk to me about all of this. He apologized profusely which is great, however, it doesn’t change the fact that this all happened because of lack of communication from the company supervisor to the crew… would definitely make sure you have all information before starting. On a side note-they cleaned up VERY well after taking the shingles off. Very impressed by that. No one knocked on my door, they just showed up and started talking loudly under my window at 6:30AM! Too early to start. Noise ordinance says no loud work before 7AM. Materials were supposed to be dropped two days ago, a dumpster yesterday. I spoke to “the boss” & he assured me that they would not start until 7AM…as soon as they hung up the phone they started working.
