  I sent them photo of a A cabin that I’m in the process of buying, I was actually gonna try to have the roof fixed. Any told me you just need to put on a new roof so I asked him to give me an estimate and he flat out refused to even give me an estimate. What kind of customer service is this? Are you a roofing company or not?

  Good morning, I politely responded to your email saying, we will pass on this but thank you for checking with us. Iam not sure how this warrants a negative review? You said you already have an estimate from another roofing company, and we agreed with the findings from them saying you need a new roof not a repair.

  Setup a time to meet on three separate occasions and each time it turned into a no show with no communication or heads up from his part. He was communicative outside of these times, but the follow through just wasn't there.

  Yes we did have conflicting schedules with the times with you, you said you were in no hurry and had changed the appointments a few times due to you working from home and having phone conferences for your work. You asked us not to show when you were on conferences calls. And yes we did miss a few scheduled appointments and we called except for this morning. Thank you for considering us

  Hung up me when I tried to find out what the percentage mark up is on materials. Not a very good way to treat potential customers.

  We did not hang up, but like we said on that Sunday evening I was on a cell phone in poor service in the rual area of Montrose co and you were in glade park near grand junction, yes I did let you know we do not give out that information over the phone to anyone and you were upset with the previous company giving you what you felt was a elevated estimate. It’s unfortunate

  I called.. he asked for pictures and said he would give an estimate a few days later .. a month later I still haven’t heard from him..

  Traveled to the mountains to fix our aluminum roof. It was a difficult job. He repaired the roof on schedule, professionally, very knowledgeable. His crew was very respectful and skilled. Stands by his work. Would recommend.

  Richard was very professional and answered every question I had when he came out to quote my project. He made sure I was satisfied with the project once it was completed and told me to let him know if I had any further needs, his quote was very reasonable and his work was done in a timely manner.

  I could not have been more satisfied with All Seasons Roofing. Richard did an excellent job while being courteous and attentive. Good value as well! I highly recommend for anyone on the Western Slope of CO!

  Excellent. Quality work and attention to detail. Great communication and cooperation. Immediate response to any concerns. We had some weather delays and a few complications, but Richard always kept us informed. Always a clean site. This was a large residential project with two buildings.

  We couldn't recommend All Seasons Roofing more! Richard and his crew were punctual, professional, efficient, clean and communicative! They re-roofed our whole roof of a large commercial building in downtown Paonia. Richard kept in contact with us even after the project finished, making sure we were satisfied and to make sure everything was working well.
