A few months ago I got a letter from my homeowners insurance stating they needed to do an outside inspection of my home before they would renew my insurance. My roof was 40 years old & I had no leaks but my insurer said I had to get it done. Soon I will be 80 years old & at this point of my life this is a stressful & mind boggling experience. So I did the normal thing by getting estimates for this job. I accidentally came across online the website for Golden Dragon Roofing. I got to speak with Mr. Chris Aldrich (Owner) & he came to my home to inspect what I needed to be done. Since I have a sugar maple split home that has a lower & upper roof he went into both attics to inspect the wood under the roof shingles, we spoke about problems with my rear soffits & my leaky rain gutters. He told me what he could do to resolve these problems & gave me a good & decent price to do this project. Today this job was completed & my house looks like new. I highly recommend if anyone needs new roofing to call Mr. Chris Aldrich of Golden Dragon Roofing for your next project. He is very professional & does excellent work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR YOUR NEXT PROJECT!!! GIVE HIM A CALL, IT WILL BE A GREAT & EASY EXPERIENCE!!!

We had an awesome experience with Golden Dragon Roofing from the free quote through project completion! Chris, the business owner, was personable, knowledgeable and a true professional, taking time to explain everything as he diagnosed our 25 + year old roof that had poor attic ventilation, causing excessive attic heat and other issues. We never felt pressured into having to make a fast decision as other companies made us feel. Chris went up into the attic, documented problems with detailed photos and used a drone outside to video the roof to clearly show all of our issues and how he planned to fix our roof. His thoroughness gave us a great feeling that we made the right choice in a reputable company that was willing to go out of their way to do the project right the first time. Chris was available before, during and after the project, always keeping us abreast of what was happening . We had a 5 man team of professional roofers as well as 2 skilled craftsmen who installed our new gutters, downspouts and leaf guards. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the project as well as the outstanding cleanup after. We definitely would highly recommend Chris and his Golden Dragon Roofing team for any project you have!

Chris from Golden Dragon was by far the most thorough roofing contractor on a roof replacement, external siding and interior office ceiling project bidding exercise we conducted, for our storm-damaged home. He visited us twice (the second visit on a weekend), inspecting our roof, attic, interior office ceiling, and then delivering comprehensive written feedback and a competitive bid. Along the way, he took time to explain roofing ventilation, a new concept to us, and various nuances (metallic pipe boots) to support the longevity of a new roof. Also, metal roof alternatives, again something new to us. We recommend Golden Dragon without hesitation for the scope of services they provide, based on Chris' professionalism and process under the bidding exercise.

Thank you for this wonderful review! We're so glad Chris's thorough, education-first approach (from explaining roofing ventilation and pipe boots to walking through metal roofing alternatives) stood out during the inspection. That kind of transparency is exactly what we aim for on every job. Thank you for trusting Golden Dragon Roofing and for recommending us!

We had a great experience with Golden Dragon Roofing from start to finish. Chris and Julia were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything throughout the process. We were having issues with poor attic ventilation, which was leading to roof leaks and other problems in our home. Their team did an amazing investigation — they got up into the attic, took detailed pictures and videos, and showed us exactly what was going on. It was clear they truly cared about finding the root cause instead of just treating the symptoms. Thanks to their knowledge and thoroughness, we finally understood the issue and had confidence in the solution. Their team took great care of us every step of the way, and the communication and workmanship were outstanding. Highly recommend Chris, Julia, and the entire team at Golden Dragon Roofing!

Thank you so much for this incredible review! Diagnosing the root cause of an issue (and not just patching symptoms) is at the heart of how we approach every roof and attic ventilation problem, and we're so glad that came through for you. Poor attic ventilation can quietly cause roof leaks and other damage over time, so we're glad our team's detailed investigation gave you clarity and confidence in the solution. We truly appreciate you trusting us with your home, and we're thrilled the communication and workmanship stood out. Thank you for the recommendation; this means a lot to our whole team at Golden Dragon Roofing!

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review! Honesty and attention to detail are the two things we never compromise on, so it's especially meaningful to hear both came through from your very first call to the final walkthrough. We know it's not always easy to find a contractor who nails quality, communication, and genuine care all at once and that combination is exactly what we're aiming for on every job. Thank you for putting your trust in us and for such a strong recommendation!

The crew did a great job repairing my roof after some wind damage. They were NOT pushy with upsells and gave a great price. They even did gutter guards. They came quickly and left the home clean. 10/10 would recommend.

A roof leak not only damages your ceiling and walls but can also compromise insulation, electrical systems, and even the structural integrity of your home. Acting quickly is essential to minimize damage and reduce repair costs. Delaying repairs can lead to: • Structural damage to your home’s framework • Mold and mildew growth, which can impact health • Increased energy bills due to compromised insulation • Higher repair costs if damage spreads By responding immediately, you protect your home, your belongings, and your family.9 hours ago
