  We connected with Patrick our salesman for replacing our main entry door and two large sliders. With pricing figured out, we were visited by Serge to confirm all measurements were inline with our order. Serge took the additional time to explain the process and expectations of the installers. Our installation was not an easy one as our house had settled over the years, but these installers are all pro’s and knew exactly how to make our new doors get installed without shortcuts. Bottom line, Global and their employees know exactly how to treat their customers, and make everything perfect before they close out the project. Highly recommended.

  Global Home Improvement replaced our front door, storm door, and five windows. The entire job was completed in one long day. The installation crew was professional, respectful, and meticulous. They took great care to protect our home, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they finished. We're very pleased with the quality of the installation and will definitely call Global Home Improvement again when it's time to replace more windows.

Murray Bernstein (Sales Consultant) was outstanding from day one. He took the time to explain every option, never pressured us, and helped us make informed decisions on our James Hardie siding, AZEK trim, and roofing project. He remained available throughout the process and made us feel confident that we had chosen the right company. Shane MacFarlane (Project Manager – Siding) did an excellent job managing the siding portion of the project. Communication was consistent, questions were answered promptly, and any concerns were addressed professionally. The siding crew paid close attention to detail and delivered a beautiful finished product. Tarry Zayats (Project Manager – Roofing) was equally impressive during the roofing phase. The project was well organized, the crew worked efficiently, and the property was kept clean throughout the installation. Tarry ensured everything was completed properly and was always willing to answer questions and explain the work being performed. What impressed me most was that this wasn’t just about finishing a job—it was about delivering quality. The teams took pride in their craftsmanship, respected our property, and worked hard to make sure the final result met our expectations. I would gladly recommend Global Home Improvement to anyone considering a roofing or siding project.   Our new windows are absolutely gorgeous. The workers were super considerate and respectful. The job was done in a timely fashion. And everything was perfectly clean when they were done. We did have one minor question.And they quickly sent someone out to address our concern. Everything is now absolutely perfect. Sometimes getting someone to come out to address your concern is just as important as their original service.
