  The roofing service was excellent from start to finish. Miguel came out for the estimate, explained the full roof replacement process in simple terms, and walked me through the shingle choices and a few add-on options like gutter guards, which I decided to include. The pricing was fair and competitive, and the value for the work was very good. The job was expected to take one day, and the roofing crew finished right on schedule. Before the work started, Miguel clearly explained that a roof tear-off can leave behind some old nails even with careful cleanup. The crew stayed on top of cleanup throughout the day, and only a few nails were found afterward, which shows they were very thorough. They also took time to protect the landscaping and nearby areas from roofing debris, which I really appreciated. The roofers were polite, worked hard, and kept a supervisor onsite the whole time to make sure everything moved smoothly. It was clear the team cared about doing solid roofing work and keeping the property in good shape during the project. A little later, the cap on the heating system exhaust pipe came loose. I called, and they responded quickly with a replacement that was installed the same day and painted to match. That fast follow-up really showed strong customer care and pride in their work. Overall, I am very happy with the new roof and gutter guard installation. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and well organized, and I would gladly recommend this roofer to anyone needing dependable roofing service.

  Drip... drip... drip... After many years of solid performance, the roof finally developed a small leak in the closet coming from the valley area near the lower section. I reached out to Garcia & Sons Roofing Company and understood there might be a short wait because they are known for quality roofing work. They listened, understood how important it was to stop any further water damage, and worked me into the schedule faster than I expected. Two days later, Miguel completed the roof repair, checked the valley carefully, and made sure everything was sealed up right. After a heavy rainstorm the very next day, not a single drop came through. The roof is performing perfectly again, and I am very happy with the repair and the quick response.

  I needed a new roof put on my rental home, and the insurance company pointed me to Garcia & Sons Roofing Company. I am very happy they did. I was extremely pleased with both the roofing service and the finished result. From the first inspection with Theodore through the final walkthrough, everything was smooth and easy. Theodore helped me deal with the insurance company and clearly explained what the roof replacement would require, including materials, repairs, and the overall scope of work. He and the crew did a great job, worked carefully, and cleaned up the property very well when the roofing project was done. They also went above and beyond when they found some rotten boards along the roof edge and fascia area. Instead of leaving that problem behind, they took care of it and made sure everything was solid before finishing the job. That gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of their workmanship. After the roof was completed and paid for, a few shingles lifted during strong wind, and I sent over some photos. They responded quickly and came out the very next day to fix it. That kind of follow-up service and warranty support really showed they stand behind their roofing work. I expected the whole roof replacement process to be stressful, but it turned out to be a very positive experience. I have nothing but good things to say about the communication, honesty, fast response, and the quality of the new roof.   Ayden came out quickly to inspect the roof and give us a clear estimate for a new metal roof. He explained several roofing options in simple terms and the pricing was very fair. He also understood the homeowners association roof rules and made the whole approval process much easier. The roofing crew worked fast and stayed focused on our job instead of bouncing between other houses. The tear-off and roof demo were done neatly, and they were very thorough about finding damaged plywood decking that needed replacement before the new roof system was installed. That gave us confidence the new roof would be built on a solid base. The cleanup was one of the best parts of the experience. The crew kept the property tidy during the project, and they even returned with a magnetic tool to check the yard for stray nails and screws, which really mattered with kids and a dog around.   Very impressed with the professionalism and honesty of Garcia & Sons Roofing Company. leonard came to our home in Springfield to inspect the gutters and roof edge after some minor water marks showed up on the brick near the eaves. He took his time on the ladder, checked the gutter line carefully, looked at the end caps, and explained everything in simple terms. After a full inspection, he said there were no major roofing or gutter problems, the gutters were already clean, and the main fix was just some basic DIY caulking to seal small openings at the end caps so water would not drip down the brick. It was a big relief to get such a clear and straightforward assessment, especially since another roofer had suggested a much more expensive job with gutter cleaning that was not needed, leaf guards that did not make sense for the home, and extra splash guards that were unnecessary once the gutter ends were sealed the right way. leonard was patient, answered all of my questions, and never tried to push work that was not needed. i really appreciated the honest advice, and it gave me confidence that this team puts the customer first and focuses on the right roofing and gutter solution instead of upselling. definitely recommend them for roof and gutter service.

Soon, many roofing trucks from outside the area started going door to door offering roof repair and roof replacement services. Some used pressure tactics, talked about shingle shortages, asked for large upfront deposits, or pushed contracts that did not feel right. I wanted to avoid another bad experience and support a local family owned roofing company with a strong reputation. After meeting with Miguel, I felt confident they were the right choice for my roofing project. They started the job very close to the time they estimated, which was impressive considering how many storm related roofing jobs they were handling.   Our experience from beginning to end was excellent with Garcia & Sons Roofing Company. We needed a roofer to inspect storm damage on our roof, and Miguel showed up right away. He explained the roofing issues in simple terms, answered our questions, and helped us through the insurance process, which made everything much less stressful. When it was time to plan the roof installation, we had a few scheduling problems on our end, but they were flexible and worked around us. The crew arrived prepared and handled our steep roof with real skill, even on a very hot day in Springfield. Their work ethic was outstanding, and it was clear they knew roofing very well. The installation day was noisy and a little messy while the old shingles were being removed, which is normal for a full roof replacement. We had to leave before the job was fully finished, so we were unsure what things would look like when we got back. The next morning we were amazed. The property was cleaned up so well that, aside from the beautiful new roof, you could hardly tell a major roofing job had just been done. The cleanup was impressive, and only a couple of hostas looked slightly worn. I highly recommend them for any roofing repair or roof replacement.

  I had my roof and gutters replaced not too long ago, and the whole process went really smoothly. The roofing team took care of everything, including talking with my insurance company, which made things much easier for me. Everyone who worked on my house was friendly and skilled. They made sure to protect my fountain and were careful around all my flowers and plants while they worked. After finishing the job, they cleaned up all the debris and used a big magnet to make sure there were no nails left in my yard or driveway. I was so happy with their roofing work that I have called them back for more projects. I’ve been working with Miguel, who has always been very helpful whenever I needed to take care of other parts of my home.
