Kim, we’re sorry. You should not have had to chase us for a response, especially while dealing with active leaks and water damage. We’d like to review the original work, warranty, and the repairs completed by the other contractor so we can understand what happened and address this properly. Please send the project address and any supporting photos or documentation through our website contact form so we can investigate.

Awesome service. Installed a flat roof on our building in 2018, had an issue last week (2024)and they were out to check and repair within the day. I cannot say I have had such reliable service from any of our other roofing installs. Will definitely give them future jobs.

  Reply from the business

Thank you for sharing this. Standing behind our work matters to us, so we’re glad the team could inspect and repair the issue the same day—six years after the original flat roof installation. We appreciate your trust and look forward to helping with future projects.

Had a terrible leak on my apartment roof, the roof (I didn't know) was completely corroded through. The owner, Darren, was super friendly and said he'd take a look. Luckily they had a drone, took photos to make some quick confirmations, came again to get on the roof, and began the repair in a couple weeks after calling. Genuinely some of the best service I've ever received from a contractor on my unit.

  Reply from the business

Thanks, Gabriel. We’re glad the drone inspection helped us identify the extent of the corrosion and plan the apartment roof repair properly. Darren and the team truly appreciate your kind words about the service.
