Owner Homer came to our home, gave us a reasonable bid. Told him we wanted him to do the job. He said he would. We have left , I would say at least 15 messages, text and never a response. With this experience I feel like he must NOT be a responsible contractor.

Hi Bonnie, after doing our research, we strongly believe you have left this review for the wrong roofing company. I am the owner, and my name is not Homer. We do not, and have never employeed anyone by the name of Homer. We have also extensivley searched our database and cannot locate any of your customer information in our database. We are sorry for your poor experience, however, we kindly ask that you remove your review associated with our roofing comany as it is damaging to our reputation. We work hard to serve our community and respond to all phone calls and inquires. We would also be happy to come out and take a look at your roof as it sounds like you are still in need of a roofing contractor. Please call our office at 928-432-8300 and we'd be more than happy to serve you. We greatly thank you in advance for your understanding.

They installed the tile roof on our custom built Lake Havasu home in 2019 and we are having quite a few major leaks a few years later. Workmanship appears poorly completed after having independent inspections done. Called and messaged owner of company twice and was told someone in the office would reach out to schedule them to come look at it as they were very busy. Been months and that call has never happened. Doesn't appear like their follow-through and follow-up is very reliable. Buyer beware.

Jake and Staci gave me a great estimate in a very timely manner. Jake explained all that needed to be done. The two workers worked extremely hard in the extreme heat. They were able to do the job 2 months early and finished the job in 2 days. Best customer service and very professional. Thank you all for a job well done.

We highly recommend this Company! First off, Stacie in the showroom, was very knowledgeable and helpful when we went in and talked to her. This company took off our old roof and put a new roof on while we were not even in the state. Every time we called, they were very professional and returned our call right away and kept us informed with everything that they did. If you’re looking for a roofer look no further, Call FREEDOM Roofing!!! Thank You FREEDOM for everything you guys did! Rose and Gary Larsen

Our roof was 30 years old and in need of some TLC, Freedom Roofing did a great job replacing it, they were polite, fair priced, fast and did a good clean up when they were finished. Definitely recommended.
