We had wind damage to both our roof and siding and after reaching out to our insurance, Allstate, we were referred to them by a friend. They came out to review and also took a piece of our siding and some singles to find matches. After they found them, we booked the repair date in September. The repair supplies arrived the day before and I noticed that no siding was included, when I reached out they said they would review and let me know. The next day they said that what my insurance paid would not be enough to cover it but they would get an estimate. They went ahead and replaced our roof and did a great job on it. During the replacement they found issues with boards that they had to replace, they said that is common and that we would have to pay up front but they would provide us a report to send to our insurance to get reimbursed. This report has not been shared with us. After the roof was repaired they reached out for the 2nd half of the funds. I waited a few weeks for the estimate but I received a call and was promised it soon after we paid. I should of waited longer as it took several months later after numerous attempts to finally get the estimate in December after leaving a message on their Facebook that was deleted. As soon as I got an updated reponse from our insurance a few days later I sent it back to them. The original siding issue has not repaired and now the area where the siding was taken for a sample has also gotten worse. I have directly reached out to them via text multiple times and their website contact form but have not heard back.

Freedom Builders did an awesome job replacing our roof shingles last month. Their pricing was super competitive, and the crew knocked out the entire job in just one day. They left the property spotless when they finished, which I really appreciated. Hunter was great to work with. Highly recommend them!

Could not recommend Freedom Builders enough. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Communication and work was quick and efficient. Had to get a new roof after wind damage and dealing with my insurance company was so painful. Brandon took the time and attention to walk me through the process to make sure we were on the same page and it was a truly night and day difference from my insurance company. You will be in good hands with Freedom Builders

Worked with Freedom Roofing on a few projects. Two residential roofs with solar panels and a commercial EPDM roof. They have also made repairs in other areas. The work has exceeded expectations. Crews are respectful and top notch. Working directly with Brandon has been a wonderful experience, he has stayed on top of our needs. Make sure you reach out to Connor and his crew for any of your needs.
