  Absolutely terrible company! The lack of communication, organization, and basic consideration for residents has been unbelievable. The jobsite was constantly covered in trash and debris, materials were left everywhere, and the crews treated our property like their personal parking lot and storage yard. To make matters worse, work regularly started around 6:00 AM and continued as late as 10:00 PM with little regard for the people living here. The constant noise, lack of notice, and complete disregard for residents made this project far more disruptive than it needed to be. Roofing projects are disruptive by nature, but there is no excuse for the level of disorganization, mess, and lack of professionalism we experienced. At the end of the day, I don't care how good the finished roof is if homeowners have to endure the chaos, noise, trash, and disrespect to get it. The experience alone is enough for me to never recommend Feazel Roofing to anyone for any reason.

  Jeremy (the owner as he claimed...) TEXTED me saying he "saw" my request online for a side project...blah blah. Immediately sent back "wrong number, remove our contact...blah blah" He then wanted to push it. "I got a request from....AND GAVE ME THE PERSON'S NAME AND FULL ADDRESS!😳! WHAT! I told him again "Again. We are NOT interested. We did not submit any requests. Remove our information as stated before ". He still tried to argue "I can't remove request. I only receive them. Sorry." THAT IS NOT HOW YOU DO THAT!!!!! I SERIOUSLY hope he has stopped giving out people's names and addresses. That is VERY dangerous. Stay safe people

  This roofing company provided misleading information about the services they were able and legally licensed to perform. Because of this lack of honesty and transparency, I highly recommend avoiding this company.

  Feazel replaced the roof of my condo building last weekend in Northern Kentucky and I must say I am very impressed with the speed that Wayne's crew completed multiple buildings in my condo complex. However with that speed came a serious lack of quality. Since Feazel finished, our building has been left with siding ripping off near the chimney, a punctured HVAC line (which Feazel has taken zero responsibility for citing various "building codes" to push off liability) and countless nails left behind throughout the complex. If you need a roof fast, call Feazel. If you need a roof done right, call anyone else.

  We recently replaced our 20-year-old roof. Feazel did a great job installing the new roof. They were careful to clean up all debris at the end of the job. They were very professional and quick. The complete job only took 2 days. The staff worked tirelessly All Day! Very impressed! Thank you!

  We recently used Feazel for a full roof and gutter replacement. Our experience was a mix of professional timeliness and frustrating sales tactics. The Pros: -Speed: They were very quick to come out for the initial inspection and managed to get the job done before winter, which was crucial as we were dealing with active leaks. -Warranty: Their warranty is one of the better ones we encountered during our search. -Responsiveness: When we noticed an issue with the flashing three months later, they were very timely in coming back out to address it. The Cons: -High-Pressure Sales: The estimation process was exhausting. We weren't allowed an emailed quote and had to sit through a multi-hour presentation and videos before seeing any numbers. They initially only showed the most expensive options and used "same-day only" promotional pressure to get us to sign, which felt very uncomfortable. -Cleanliness: Despite promises of an exceptional cleanup, we are still finding large nails everywhere. They did come back a second time with a magnet, but even with the snow during installation, the site felt messy. -Value: After signing, we had another estimate from a different company that offered a comparable warranty for significantly less cost and a much more personable, low-pressure approach. Summary: While the roof is on and the work seems solid, the "icky" feeling from the sales process and the lack of communication make it unlikely that we would use them again. If you prefer a straightforward, no-pressure quote, you might want to look elsewhere.

  Work was quick and well done. Reason for the lower review: was advertised as lifetime warranty, labor + materials. You can still find this on Feazel’s materials (social, transfer of warranty contract, and other places). But they charge for labor after 10 years. Not unreasonable, but not what was promised.

  Mr. Rhoten, unfortunately, the contract under the original homeowner did include a 10‑year workmanship warranty. When GAF shingles were upgraded to HDZ shingles around 2020, that is when the lifetime warranty became applicable. Our apologies that this updated warranty could not be applied to your repair. Please know that our pricing is very competitive, as we always strive to keep the homeowner’s best interests in mind.

  Feazel's skylight vendor forgot to make the skylight for my roof. It took 16 weeks to get the skylight. The didnt even try to rush an order. Everything Feazel did was great. The crew did a great installation and cleaned up. Would be 5 stars if not for the vendor..

  We recently had our roof replaced by Feazel Roofing Inc. They did a fantastic job. The removed the old roof, installed a barrier layer, new flashing, and new shingles in one day! They also replaced 3 sheets of plywood on the roof. We are extremely happy with the work they did! Everyone we dealt with was very professional. Our sales rep Micheal Conley, was fantastic. He followed up on the work every step of the way. The job site manager Austin was also very professional and friendly. Bridgette, who worked with us on scheduling the job was also very friendly and professional. The crew was amazing. They started at 7:00 am we’re done by 5:00 pm. We are very pleased with the work they did and highly recommend Feazel for your roofing needs!

  Feazel Roofing was so helpful to us. They are so organized and quick to respond to any questions. They were true to their word and stood by their contracts. Kyle was so patient in explaining things to us and so informative. The roofers worked so well together and were so happy. The roof of the house and barn were replaced within the first few weeks of the contract. And they used the best quality material and also gave us a great warranty.

  Feazel Roofing did an excellent job getting my roof approved by my insurance company and then replacing my roof with all the code updates with no price increase. They had 12 workers starting at 7:00am and they worked till 6:30 to complete my roof and then finalizing my gutter guards install the next day. Everything was as perfect as it could be.
