  Hired them to replace the soffit and fascia. They didn't do a final inspection, didn't finish the job, and left debris all over from the work.

When I called up to the office almost 2 weeks later, I was told the contractor had my information on the desk and would get on top of it, yet I haven't heard anything since. Very unprofessional. We're talking about a quote. You give a person this type of treatment for a quote?! We are living in really bad times. People have no ethics. You would think after I called there would be some type of apology and then a quote rendered, but instead neither has happened. This is very saddening. I really thought I had built a good relationship with the contractor.

  I have worked with this company several times in the past and they did good work at a competitive price. My most recent experience was not the same. I was given a written quote for a job that I awarded them the work for. They showed up on time and did the work well. When I got the bill for the work, it was 40% higher than the quote. The reason I was given was that they were passing on additional costs in labor and material that they used on the job. It was not a T&M quote. There was nothing hidden in the work when they looked at it. They either missed the quote, or just added to the job to increase the total work for them. Either way they did not stand behind their quote. If you are going to work with them be very cautious as they may add to the job unnecessarily.

  Trevor and his crew did a out standing job on my home replacing the roof in one day. Then installed aluminum soffits and fascia to finish off the job and it all looks great.

  These guys are fantastic! Punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. Big shoutout to Trevor for his quick diagnosis and repair. He even followed up after the first rain to make sure that the problem was solved. 10/10. Would recommend.

  We had a leak coming from the side of our dormer, into our attic, and finally into our living room. Frederick's came out right away and fixed the leak within minutes!   A big thanks to Trevor, at Fredricks Construction, for making the installation of my new roof very smooth. He was extremely quick to get out to my house for an inspection/estimate and had the new roof on within a couple of weeks. The team is ridiculously fast and efficient. Super happy with my new roof and would highly recommend Fredricks Construction.
