So far experience has been terrible. Willing to update review if should change and actually get response and action, but we are very frustrated and hopefully this review saves someone else this headache. This company did the siding and roof insurance repairs on the home we purchased in December (4 months ago). They did not do cleanup (insulation, screws, nails, garbage, siding bits everywhere) and even though have sent us a warranty, will not schedule the required repairs to the work they did (e.g. exposed fasteners and loose nails on the roof, chipped paint on cladding). They reply with "I will look into this and get back to you" and then never do. We even have potential future out of pocket work for them (not insurance), and they don't respect us enough as potential clients to follow up and follow through. Very disappointing. Also note that they are not BBB Accredited.

I’ve dealt with Fratello twice now. Once for a repair 5 years ago and recently for a new roof. Both times were very good experiences. Ardit is very responsive and great to deal with and they do a good job. Highly recommend

I bought an older home and had Fratello Roofing come out to do some roof work. Ardit quickly identified what was needed, what wasn’t needed and made an expert recommendation. Work started shortly after and was promptly finished. Overall I’m quite impressed with the honesty, attention to details and overall quality of workmanship. Highly recommended!

I hired Fratello Roofing and Exteriors to install a new roof on my detached garage and house. Ardy and his team are amazing to work with. They are on time, they are straight forward and honest with their work. Couldn’t be any happier with the quality and workmanship. Anytime you call, they will always answer very hard to find a contractor like that nowadays. Very highly recommend.

Ardy and the Fratello Roofing Crew did an excellent job replacing our shingled roof. The work was excellent, timely and on budget. I would not hesitate to recommend them!! Our experience with them goes something like this........ We made contact with Fratello roofing close to the end of the 2020 Season and they quoted on doing our roof at that time. The use of the latest software and satellite imaging made the process of getting measurements efficient and painless. Unlike some of the other roofing companies that we asked to quote the job, the lines of communication were always open with the responses being prompt and courteous. Further, appointments were always kept with all staff arriving punctually. The Fratello quote contained 3 different options and the explanations as to why one alternative was better/more value-couscous than the other were detailed and easy to understand. Unfortunately a turn in the weather ended the 2020 roofing season somewhat unexpectedly. However early in the 2021 season we ere able to re-connect and set up a date for the work required. Even though materials prices had increased, Fratello Roofing honored the 2020 quotation with out hesitation or complaint. The work lasted two days with materials arriving earlier in the week, and the crews always leaving a clean work site at the end of the day. As mentioned above the work was excellent and we are very pleased with the end product. Further they went the extra mile for us as well!! At the end of the job there were some extra materials left over, so these materials would not go to waste, Frattello roofing re-single our shed so that it would match the house at no extra cost to us!! Not sure service gets much better than that!! Thank you for taking the time to read my review. Regards AbH
