  I cannot speak as to any workmanship since we did not get that far. Joe was responsive to our request for a roof inspection subsequent to the bad storm in our area. My husband did sign a Roof Inspection & Insurance Claim Assistance Agreement and made it clear to Joe we would likely be obtaining at least one other estimate. The Agreement does state once insurance is APPROVED, Fratello Home Pros would complete the repairs/replacement of the roof. Joe tried to dissuade us from obtaining other estimates. In a follow up phone call on the 3rd day following his visit, Joe pressured us about moving forward with his company and contacted our insurance company to get the process started. We notified our insurance company that we were NOT authorizing them to begin this claim. After my husband called and left a message for Joe that we would not be using his company, Joe called and said we would be subject to paying a fee if we did not continue the process. This despite the Agreement specifically stating that the 5% was only due AFTER the insurance claim was approved. This pressure tactic was not well received and, hopefully, will not be used, particularly with the elderly, in the future.

  Fratello home pros did an amazing job putting new fascia boards and gutters on my home. The whole process was smooth and transparent and the quality of work was extremely high.

  I had Fratello Home Pros replace the roof on my house. I cannot say enough good about Joe and his crew. First I will mention that communication is second to none. I have never had any contractor keep me in the loop like Joe did. On the day of the roof replacement Joe and the crew were going to be there at 7:30 am, they showed up at 7:10am and were working at 7:30. The crew was a fine oiled machine. I felt like every person working knew what the next person was going to do and when they were going to do it. It was impressive. After the roof was installed I assumed I would be finding random nails in my flower beds, grass and driveway….i have found nothing…..not a shingle….not a nail…..NOTHING! the cleanup that the crew did was amazing. If it wasn’t for the nice looking new shingles you would never even know anyone was there. Needless to say, I highly recommend Joe and Fratello Home Pros for any of your roofing needs.   Called Joe and he said he would be out right away to take care of the issue. Received pics of the finished job when it was completed. Excellent service

  Fratello Home pros have done a few different jobs for me and they have done an amazing job! I will be hiring them to remodel my bathroom and my kitchen I look to hire them to do other remodels in my home as well! The service is great and they get things done quickly! I highly recommend them!

  Joe was exactly what I needed! I shopped around multiple roofers, trying to get someone to swing by and fix a very specific issue we were having. Every one of them wanted to do a major roof overhaul (some even wanted to replace the entire roof)! Joe listened to exactly what my needs were and gave me a targeted estimate. And fixed exactly what I was asking for. Nothing more. And the work was excellent. He was a life saver. I've already told him that he's on stand by. When the next roof issue pops up, he's getting the call! Guaranteed.

  Joe and teammate did an excellent job replacing my water heater. He helped remove the old unit, took it to Home Depot, waited patiently while I handled the warranty return, and brought the new one back. His communication was clear throughout, and the installation was done professionally. Highly recommend!
