  I can’t speak regarding the actual owners of the company, but as far as for Dexter Baker getting you a quote in a timely manner, good luck. I was told by him on Friday September 12 that he was getting the quote completed and was sending it to me the next day, Saturday September 13. I’m writing this on November the 29. I never heard from him again. I’ve obviously already completed the work needed on our roof and am no longer in need of their services, but felt I needed to voice my experience. Very unprofessional of Mr. Baker, especially for him being an ambassador for Fortenberry Roofing Co.

  I would give a zero but that’s not an option...only when they didn’t show or call to tell me they weren’t showing I was told I didn’t have an appointment. Yet I have proof through voicemail of the appointment. This was warranty work so I was counting on them. Since they are being dishonest I am forced to pay yet another company to complete FORTENBERRYS warrantied work. Don’t use this company under any circumstance! 0 stars

  The service technician showed up on time and was very professional with every question that I had he had the answer and if he didn’t know the answer he was trying to get me the answer that I needed. Would strongly recommend Fabien and Fortenbury roofing for all of my future needs.

  I had a full roof replacement. Dexter was always in communication, and pricing was fair. A couple of other companies didn't want to provide an estimate until they knew what my insurance would pay, which I found irritating. Dexter inspected the roof and within hours I had the estimate. On-site supervisor Robert bent over backwards to solve any unexpected structural issues, and I couldn't be happier with the new roof.
