  This is fun, getting to answer a 1 star review on my birthday! Luckily, in our 16 years of providing excellent service in the Oklahoma City metro, this is only my second time to have to do this. The first is a fraudulent review in which I never met the person, but I still haven't been able to convince Google to take it down and now Mr. Jerry O'Brien! There is some truth to Jerry's above review. I am the president of the company. I did go to his residence and reviewed with him his siding issues on his trailer home. I did point out that he has some rotten exposed sheathing (OSB), but that is about as far as the truth goes. After inspection of the exterior, I went back to my office and prepared him the free proposal for his repairs that was emailed to him in a timely manner. The proposal stated that we would replace all the vinyl siding on two sides of his residence that were damaged for $3,250.00. In that very descriptive proposal of exactly what we were going to do there were options for the customer to select. One option being the following written exactly like this: "* Option to remove and replace the existing OSB with new 7/16" OSB sheathing to the two sides of the residence for ($1,500.00) more (~624 SF, This may be necessary to properly install the new siding)." This service was left as an option because we will not know whether or not this will need to be done until the existing vinyl siding is removed. Jerry emailed me back from the single proposal provided and said that he wanted to move forward, but needed to get the funds together. I responded with the following: "Mr. O'Brien, If you can, please let me know if you want any of the options. Please understand that the OSB option will quite possibly be necessary." Jerry then responded in his first email back to me with "Absolutely, thank you for your honesty", But then the second response from him was "OSB? I don't understand. Total for everything $3,250 correct?" I then responded to his two ema

  They are more worried about getting a contract signed than doing what the customer wants done. They don’t show up when scheduled. They expect the customer to buy parts (garage door opener) to complete the job when it’s in the contract. The communication is terrible as they’d rather text than call.

  I have debated how to answer this review for a long time now, so I will try to shed light on this review without being to harsh or negative. 1. Typically when someone has reviewed an estimate and has notified the contractor that they would like to move forward and they receive a contract in a timely manner to review that states the same information that was in the estimate. It is customary to sign the contract and return it to the contractor in a reasonable amount of time... not a month to two months later. 2. It is important to read the estimate and the contract. If it states that we are installing a garage door opener (labor only) then that probably means that the garage door opener is not included in the cost. Especially when the cost of the service is less than the cost of most garage door openers. 3. Communication is important. We work hard to communicate with our customers to let them know when we plan to be on site and how long the project will take to complete and also to get feedback from our customers to make sure that those time frames work for them. But communication is a two way street and if someone does not answer calls or texts in a reasonable amount of time it can make things very difficult.   AORC is the company to choose with your siding needs. The crew is amazing and very kind. They included me in design and decision every step of the way. Ronnie was very knowledgeable and respectful throughout the entire project. Very pleased with the work they do. Quick, honest, and will save you money. Won't charge you for needless expenses.   All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction was wonderful to work with. Cash came out and assessed our home . From there everything was very simple. Our Project manager Ronnie and his team are fantastic!   The siding replacement work that AORC did on my siding--replacing not all but some of my siding that had been damaged by hail or had come loose--was very professional. The work crew, and especially its supervisor, were top notch. And the cost was very reasonable.

On this project in Edmond, OK 73003, we removed all the old siding off the rear of the house and chimney box. We then installed a new moisture barrier and new James Hardie panel siding and trim. We completed repairs to the fascia and soffits. We then applied two coats of Sherwin Williams Duration (Satin) exterior paint to all the new siding, trim, fascia, soffits and chimney box.
