we recently hired fonseca & sons roofing for a roofing and exterior update, including roof work, gutters, siding, and shutters, and we are very happy with how everything turned out. from the office team to raymond and the crew who came out to go over materials, take measurements, and provide the estimate, everyone was helpful, polite, and easy to work with. the roofing products and exterior materials were high quality, and the pricing was fair and reasonable. the installation team worked carefully, kept the property clean, and paid close attention to detail from start to finish. they were professional, friendly, and respectful throughout the whole project. we highly recommend them for roofing, gutter, and siding work because they consistently do excellent work and make the entire process smooth and stress free.

Very professional through the whole roofing process. I was really impressed by how quickly the crew finished the roof work and how solid the workmanship was. Highly recommend. Jared showed all of the proper credentials and insurance information right away, and he had already measured and mapped out the roof with the exact dimensions before the project started. Any questions I had, Jared and Sebastian were always available to answer and explain things in simple terms. The permit was handled, the inspection was completed, and the entire roofing job was finished with no surprise costs. They also kept me updated during each phase, from tear-off to installation, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. At the end of the project, Jared and Sebastian shared photos showing each step of the roof replacement, which was very helpful. The cleanup was thorough, the whole experience felt organized, and the new roof looks excellent with no leaks at all.

I’m very happy with the roofing work Fonseca & Sons Roofing did on my home in Mahwah. We chose Owens Corning Duration shingles in Teak, and the dormers and flat roof sections were finished with standing seam metal in a medium bronze color. …

This roofing team impressed me more than expected. The whole crew was very professional, especially jared and sebastian, who went above and beyond to make sure the roof and gutter work was done the right way and finished on time. They were careful, hardworking, and took real pride in their workmanship, which is very hard to find these days. After several failed repair attempts by other roofers, they finally fixed the gutter and downspout issue that was causing water to collect near the foundation. i could tell they knew what they were doing, and the drainage around the home now works much better. the communication was clear, the cleanup was solid, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. i would definitely recommend them for roofing and gutter repairs in Mahwah.

Fonseca & Sons Roofing did an excellent job on our roof repair and then on our full new roof. Jorge was very detailed and helpful during the estimate, explained the roofing options in simple terms, and made sure we got the shingle system and results we wanted for our home in Mahwah. Jared was also very helpful with scheduling and quickly adjusted the timeline when we needed to handle squirrels in the attic before the roofing work could start. The roofing crew was large, organized, and worked efficiently, finishing the tear-off and roof installation in about 7 hours. They protected the property, cleaned up carefully, and walked around the house several times with magnetic rollers to pick up loose nails so our driveway and yard stayed safe. Everyone was respectful, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. The price was a little higher than some other estimates, but the workmanship, warranty coverage, communication, and overall quality made it well worth it. We felt confident throughout the whole process and are very happy with the finished roof.

We had an excellent experience with this roofing and skylight company. Our home had three very old skylights that needed replacement, and Ernest took the time to walk us through all the options in a clear and helpful way. He even reached out to the skylight suppliers to get more details about the different blind choices, which gave us extra confidence before moving forward. Before starting the roofing project, we gathered several quotes, and the pricing was very fair and competitive. What really made this roofer stand out was Ernest’s strong customer service, attention to detail, and steady communication throughout the process. When we were ready to place the order, the skylights we chose were temporarily unavailable, but Ernest kept us updated and contacted us right away when the materials came in. The installation went smoothly from start to finish. The crew worked quickly, kept the area clean, and made the whole skylight and roof work feel easy and stress free. Everything was done with care, and the finished result looks great and has already made a big difference in our home. We had a fantastic experience overall and would absolutely use this company again for future roofing, skylight, and related exterior work in Mahwah.

If you want an honest and dependable roofing company, this team is a great choice. It was a real pleasure working with Marvin. He clearly walked me through the whole roofing process from beginning to end and explained what needed to be done to meet local code requirements. He also took time to go over attic ventilation and improved the airflow by replacing my old roof fans with turbines. The crew replaced all the pipe jacks, painted everything to match the new roof, and paid close attention to the details. Their roofing crew was excellent, professional, and right on time. They said they would arrive early in the morning, and they did. The full roof replacement was finished in just one day, which made the whole project easy and stress free. When the job was done, the cleanup was outstanding. The yard was spotless, and they even cleaned out the gutters, which was a big help. It is hard to find roofers who combine quality workmanship, clear communication, and dependable service, but this crew did exactly that. I would highly recommend them for any roofing work, especially if you need roof replacement, ventilation upgrades, and a crew that respects your property.

I want to give a big thank you to Raymond from the roofing team. He came out to one of my properties where the company had installed a new roof some time ago to check on what I thought was a roof leak. Even after finding out it wasn’t a roofing issue but actually a plumbing leak hidden behind the furnace, he didn’t just leave. Instead, Raymond helped me track down the source of the leak and then stayed until his plumber arrived to fix the broken pipe. If you need a reliable roof replacement or roof repair, I highly recommend this roofing company. They really stand by their work and go above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. Raymond truly went the extra mile to help me out.
