A gentleman asking for Michael called and tried to solicit me with a new roof. He hung up on me when I said that HOA handles this. Don't hang up on people and maybe you make get a sale

Terribly rude phone solicitors and spam calling. 3 days in a row they have called asking for "Felicia" and then into a sales line...….. deceptive business practices, using robo calling numbers. To top it off, I requested on first phone call to be removed and have not respected my privacy. Breaking laws as number is listed on do not call list. These practices need to be fined and shut down. Total misleading. Could not leave no star, Google made me list 1 star.

If you're looking for a roofing company that truly stands behind their work, I highly recommend Florida First Roofing. They went above and beyond from start to finish. My wife asked if they could cut the leftover metal pieces so we could use them on our shed to help keep the critters out. Not only did they cut them, but they took the time to measure everything for us. That kind of customer service is hard to find. We also asked them to come back a few times because we kept finding a few nails in the yard. They never complained and returned each time with a great attitude. We know we were probably a bit of a pain, but when you're spending that kind of money, you want everything done right. They treated us with respect every step of the way. The roof looks fantastic! You can't beat the price, the workmanship, or the warranty that comes with it. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Thank you again to everyone at Florida First Roofing for a job well done! — Capt. Russ Glenn & Sharon Paul

Russ and Sharon, thank you so much for this wonderful review — it truly made our day! We're so glad we could go the extra mile for you, from cutting and measuring those leftover metal pieces for your shed to coming back to clear every last nail from the yard. You were never a pain at all; when you're investing in something as important as your roof, you deserve to have every detail done right, and we were happy to make sure of it. It means the world to us that you felt respected every step of the way. That's exactly the experience we want every customer to have. Enjoy that new roof, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything down the road. Thank you again, Captain, we appreciate you both! The team at Florida First Roofing

A great experience from start to finish! Just purchased a new place and roof was 19 years old. They gave me a quote for asphalt as well as a metal roof. During the estimate, they took me in their vehicle and drove by other properties they had done and we even got out of the vehicle to look at the metal from a current job they were doing. Absolutely incredible customer service, friendly, professional a great crew from start to finish.

Shawn, thank you for the fantastic review! Congratulations again on the new place. We know a 19-year-old roof is a big decision, so we're glad we could walk you through both the asphalt and metal options and even show you our work up close on other properties. We always want our customers to feel confident in their choice before a single shingle goes on. It was a pleasure working with you from start to finish, and our crew will be thrilled to hear your kind words. Enjoy your new roof, and don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything! Used them for both of our houses. Their quote came in quite a bit less than others we called. The buyer of our house wanted shingles rather than metal so that's what we went with. Took two days and this amazing crew of guys worked so hard in this horrendous heat. Highly recommend them!
