Consumer beware!! I would give this company a negative 4 stars. However, the front office staff was very pleasant and professional, assuming they passed on the phone calls/messages. All I needed was a quote and could never get anyone to provide one. I can only presume the project was to complicated or big for this company. 'Buddy', 'Johnny' and the owners failed to provide basic customer service or demonstrate simple communication skills. "NO news is worse than bad news".

Hi Charles, we apologize you aren't 100% happy. We did everything we were contracted to do in addition to extra items you asked of us to remedy any issue. We are happy for anyone who would like to drive by your address you've provided to see the workmanship we have done. Please understand this was a repair, not a reroof.

Arrived at 7:00 AM for roof repair and woke all my neighbors up, when I asked to delay the start time the owner would not accommodate this request. Poor customer service

Good morning Kyle, After investigation we've found you are not a client of ours. We had an install on a Friday morning that started at 7am which is typical for most construction trades due to weather and heat that our installers have to work in. Our client, your neighbor, we installed the roof for did not request from the owner to start later. We came by your house to apologize for waking you up and to explain why we start so early in hopes to remedy this 1-Star Review. You were extremely rude and spoke to us through your ring camera. As a business, Google Reviews are extremely important to our future clients when deciding on us for their home. In this review you have not only lied about being a client of ours but also said an owner of this business would not accommodate a request of our client. Both are lies. We hope to any future client reading this review, that you understand we did everything we could to talk with Kyle and apologize for waking him up on a Friday morning at 7am and we hope this does not reflect poorly on us as a trusted contractor in Central Florida.

Farmers did a FANTASTIC job replacing my older asphalt roof with a beautiful new metal roof. I highly recommend Farmers and my sales rep. Shaun Arnold. He educated me of all of the metal roof options so I could make an informed decision on such a big investment in my home. He and his installation team kept me updated & informed throughout the entire process and their attention to detail was above and beyond! I am a very happy customer! Update: One of the main reasons I chose Farmers over other roofing companies was its reputation for outstanding customer service and warranty support. Unfortunately, nearly a year later, I have two disappointing experiences to share: Porch Roof Leaks: A few months after my roof installation, we had significant rainfall and my back porch flat roof, which previously had only one occasional leak, now leaks in six different spots every time it rains. While I recognize the roof wasn't perfect before, the condition worsened significantly after the installation crew repeatedly walked on it. When I reported the issue, I was told repairs or patching were not an option, but that Farmers could replace the entire roof for $10,500. That was quite a shock and showed no accountability, so for now, I'll be sticking with buckets. Damage Repair Costs: Several months ago, a neighbor's tree fell on my house, damaging my new roof and gutter. I was very disappointed, that in my opinion, the cost charged to the responsible party for the repairs seemed considerably higher than expected.

Nice company. Fair pricing. Inspected our roof prior to buying the house, came back out to repair roof problems after we purchased.

Everyone at farmers is amazing (especially Danny). They helped us through a difficult situation while selling our house and were there to answer any questions we had. By far the best company I've dealt with.
