Flexonix Roofers Co. did an excellent job from beginning to end replacing our new roof after storm damage. johnny gave helpful advice on the shingle color and style, and manuel worked closely with the insurance company to keep the claim process easy and on track. The roofing installation moved along smoothly, with taylor staying involved and checking the work as it went. We are very happy with the finished roof and really appreciated the follow-up visits to confirm the installation quality and make sure everything met our expectations. In Monrovia, that kind of care, clear communication, and attention to detail really stands out. a five-star result from a team that truly knows roofing.

They did an excellent job on my roofing project. I had the roof replaced, along with new gutters, screens, and some damaged wood repairs. The whole process was handled in a professional way from start to finish. I met Taylor on the first day, and he clearly explained the roofing work, materials, and timeline. He stayed in touch the entire time and made sure everything moved along smoothly. With Arthur and the rest of the crew supporting the job, the team was dependable, skilled, and easy to work with. It can be tough to find trustworthy roofing contractors, but this crew and the office staff did a great job and made the experience stress free. I would definitely recommend them for any roof repair or roof replacement work.

Bottom line, this roofing team is outstanding and deserves a full 5 stars. We worked with Damon, and he was honest, friendly, very patient, and highly knowledgeable about roofing, leak detection, flashing, and exterior repairs. He took time to explain everything in simple terms and made the whole process much less stressful. We had been dealing with a stubborn leak at the front of our two-story home for many years. Several roofers had come out before, tried different repairs, and we spent a lot of money without getting a lasting solution. Sometimes the leak would stop for a while, but then it would come back during heavy rain. We had gotten so used to the problem that we always kept buckets ready whenever storms rolled through Monrovia. After another roofing repair did not solve it, we finally found a team that really knew how to track down the source. Damon started with a simpler roofing fix that had never been suggested to us before. When a strong rainstorm came through soon after and we still saw water, he responded quickly and came out right away. He and Taylor inspected everything carefully and figured out that the issue was not just the roof surface. Water was getting in around the chimney wall area, and they were able to identify the real cause instead of just guessing. They handled the full roofing process from start to finish, including the damaged roof sections, chimney-related exterior work, framing repairs, and coordinating the materials needed to complete the job correctly. They also helped guide us through the insurance side for the covered roof damage, which made a confusing process much easier. Their communication was clear, their work was clean, and they moved fast without cutting corners. Since the repairs were completed, we have been through plenty of hot weather and strong rain in Monrovia, and everything has held up great. No more leaks, no more stress, and no more buckets sitting around the house. We are incredibly relieved, grateful, and very

my experience with the roofing team was very positive. joe came out to my property in monrovia, looked over the flat roof, explained a few repair and replacement options, and gave me a clear quote. i have a flat tpo roof, and the old white roofing membrane was worn out and leaking in several areas. the crew timed the job well around the local weather and completed the tear-off and replacement on a dry day. before the new roof was installed, i did not realize how bad the roofing system had become. after every rain, i was pushing standing water off the roof and still dealing with drips inside the building. it was also hard finding a roofer willing to come out and provide an estimate, so i was relieved when i finally connected with this team. since the new roof installation, we have had several rounds of rain in monrovia and the building has stayed dry. no more leaks, no more water getting inside, and no more worrying every time the weather changes. i was also impressed by how clean the crew kept the jobsite. even with a two-story building, a full tear-off, debris going down into a trailer, and new roofing materials being lifted to the roof, they left very little mess behind. the whole process felt organized and professional from start to finish. joe, arthur, and russell did a great job with communication, workmanship, and cleanup. i was also surprised that another roofing estimate i received was far higher, so the value on this project really stood out. i am very happy with the new flat roof and would gladly recommend this roofing company to family and friends.

We compared quotes from several local roofing companies and chose Flexonix Roofers Co.. We have been very happy with the whole experience and the finished roof looks great. What really stood out was the quick response, strong reputation, and clear estimate. i was impressed that Manuel got back to us the same day, and the roofing details were easy to understand without a lot of back and forth. We liked the shingle options and were able to choose the style and color we wanted for our older home in Monrovia. The pricing was fair and competitive with the other roofing quotes we received. The crew worked hard, showed up early, and finished the roof installation by the end of the day. they also did a great job cleaning up the yard and driveway afterward, which made the whole project much easier on our family. Our house needed some roof deck wood replaced, and that was handled smoothly at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. Joe also suggested replacing an old vent sticking up from the porch roof with a ridge vent for a cleaner look and better attic airflow, and that was a nice upgrade. we are very pleased with the new roof after the first month, especially with how well it fits the house and handles the warm Monrovia weather. the whole process felt professional, efficient, and easy, and we would definitely recommend them.

My in-laws had their roof replaced by another contractor, but the flashing later started leaking. After dealing with delays and missed calls, they finally chose a roofing company that actually answers the phone, arrives when promised, and handles the repair the right way. arthur showed up on time with the crew, checked the roof flashing problem, explained the repair clearly, and gave a fair price right away. Instead of making us wait weeks, they completed the flashing repair on the spot and also looked over the surrounding shingles and roof areas to make sure everything was sealed correctly. taylor and the team walked us through the work during the job and inspected everything before finishing. In Monrovia, with the strong sun and dry weather, it is important to have roof flashing and seals done properly, and they made us feel confident the roof is now protected. It was a much better experience from start to finish, and it feels good knowing joe will answer the phone if anything ever needs attention. i would recommend this roofing team to anyone looking for honest, on-time roof repair and dependable service.
