Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience with Casanova Roofing did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the post-installation cleanup and the subsequent issues with your skylights and water heater exhaust pipe. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as it helps us identify areas for improvement in our service and crew supervision. We understand your disappointment and regret that we were unable to fully resolve these matters to your satisfaction. Your comments are valuable, and we will use them to enhance our processes and ensure a better experience for future customers.

Make sure you really know how old is your roof is and that your shingles are falling off easily with the wind and that your outside floors are sandy everyday. My roof is only 15 yrs old and I called them to get a quote just to see if they were honest and they told me my roof was 35 yes old and needed replacing. SMH 🤦‍♂️ …

We take honesty and integrity seriously, and this review does not reflect our business. We have no record of meeting you, giving you a quote, or ever saying your roof was “35 years old”—a number no roofing company could simply guess. Scheduling an appointment just to “test our honesty” is not the behavior of a genuine customer and raises questions about this review’s intent. We are proud of our transparency and long track record of satisfied homeowners, and we believe this comment is not from a real customer but likely from a competitor.
