First Contracting Group

The only one or two-star review we hold for First Contracting Group.

Chris kept pushing us about things being wrong with our roof and to get it inspected through our insurance. And when the insurance guy came out to check the roof, he wasn't on time & didn't even get on the roof to show where the issues were. He never responded to calls or emails after. I absolutely would not recommend.

We were very pleased with First Contracting Group handling our new roof install. First, we are located 5 hours from their headquarters, so Tony made a special trip several times to estimate the roof and coordinate with our insurance guy. Then they brought a whole crew down from Rockford to get the job done quickly. The whole experience from beginning to end was perfect. Special shoutout to Tony who took such great care of us from start to finish!

Vernon Hills had a heck of a hail storm in the last week of August 2024 and I ended up hiring First Contracting Group to estimate the hail damage to my home. Chris was super helpful in explaining the entire process to me including working with my insurance company. They just finished tearing off my old roof and replacing it with a new one! These guys are meticulous and did a fantastic job. They are very customer focused and I could not be happier with their work. Great job guys and thanks again.
