As a company, we pride ourselves on delivering solid craftsmanship, and it’s encouraging to know that aspect of your project met your standards. Regarding the timeline, we understand delays can be frustrating. Unfortunately, this season has brought an unusually high volume of rain, and as with all exterior construction, we must prioritize safety and material integrity by pausing work during inclement weather. Additionally the permitting process as we discussed in the City of Poughkeepsie can be slow and arduous. These uncontrollable factors did contribute to project delays, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. As for the additional requests you mentioned—such as debris removal beyond construction waste—we do our best to accommodate client needs wherever possible. However, to avoid misunderstandings, we rely on written contracts to define the agreed-upon scope of work. This ensures clarity and fairness for both parties. We certainly regret any miscommunication and hope this can serve as a reminder to future clients of the importance of including all desired work in the formal agreement. Lastly, we’d like to note that David, the owner of our company, takes great pride in being hands-on and accessible to every client—from pre-production to project completion and beyond. He makes himself available to discuss any questions or concerns that arise throughout the process, always aiming to find fair and timely solutions. We encourage open communication and are always willing to have a conversation to ensure our clients feel informed and supported.   I had an excellent experience with Dave & Rob from Firehouse Roofing LLC from start to finish. The entire team was professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and respectful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. My new roof looks absolutely amazing and you can tell they take pride in the quality of their work. They also did a wonderful job cleaning up afterward and left my property looking great. I highly recommend 🙂

  My house is a very steep Aframe. This crew was amazing. My neighbors all came out to watch the masters at work. They had to wear harnesses because of the pitch and were done in 2 days despite intermittent pauses for rain downpours. The cleanup was impeccable and the result beautiful. Highly recommend!

  I haven't actually had work done by them yet but I want to just say that David the owner was very accommodating and very polite upfront forward and to the point and he's taking care of my problem ASAP which to me was amazing so so far so good I'm glad I picked this company after my work is done I definitely will put a review and I'm thinking he's going to put an entire roof on my house eventually

  The time came we finally had to redo our roof. We got intouch with Dave from Firehouse Roofing through a friend of ours and we are glad we did. Dave and his team did an amazing job! They were in and out and answered and questions we had and were very helpful through the entire process. Highly recommend to anyone that needs to get their roof redone
