I am so happy to write this wonderful review after a complete roof replacement project on my own home. I managed construction contracts for 30 years for the federal government and 8 years in the private sector and I was the project engineer responsible for building 118 family housing units on West Point. I have never dealt with a contractor who was so communicative, honest and knowledgeable and was so willing to continue to upgrade my scope of work even my request to replace all of my roof plywood sheeting just two days before the scheduled start. Byron and his crew were so professional and honorable that I am now planning to do additional projects with them, including my windows. To top it off, I was amazed at the reasonableness of their pricing. For these reasons, I highly recommend Xpress Builders!

We had an excellent experience with Xpress Builders Roofing & Siding LLC. Byron and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and very easy to work with. They thoroughly cleaned our gutters, installed gutter covers, and also corrected a longstanding drainage problem by rerouting our downspout so rainwater no longer empties into our garden and causes pooling. The entire project was completed within a matter of hours, the price was very reasonable, and the workmanship was excellent. It started raining shortly after the installation, and we were able to see that the new gutter covers were working exactly as intended, allowing water to flow properly into the gutters. We are very pleased with the work. Thank you to Byron and his crew for doing such a great job. We would definitely recommend Xpress Builders to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and fairly priced exterior home improvement work.

Just yesterday I found a leak in my chimney and roof, and needed it to be repaired. My roof was repaired by just about 4 pm today, and the people at Xpress roofing were extremely efficient and very nice. Byron was very helpful and easy to talk to, and made everything very easy to understand. The price was very fair as well. I’d definitely recommend Xpress roofing and will absolutely be using them in the future!

Update: We had a rough start however, Byron took accountability and corrected his mistake. Byron did a wonderful job on our roof and even went above and beyond on another project that was totally unrelated to the planned worked. Overall a great guy and would definitely recommend him and his team for your roof and siding needs.
