  DISHONEST COMPANY!! One of their drivers allegedly backed in to my car and drove off. Tony and the owner originally agreed to pay for it. Of course their driver is disputing the action. Now they are refusing. I will never recommend them or request their service. BEWARE OF WHO YOU’RE DOING BUSINESS WITH!!

  We are truly sorry to hear about the damage to your car. We understand how frustrating this must be. We pride ourselves in our honesty, so we investigated this situation further. After questioning our driver, he insisted this was not him. We trust him and assure you he is an honest man. For the unconvinced, one important distinction should also be made; the truck allegedly involved in the incident was a flatbed truck. The bed of that truck sits much higher off the ground than the damaged location on your vehicle. It is our understanding that an unidentified witness left you a note claiming it was us. We haven't been able to contact this witness to verify what really occurred. With no proof of responsibility, an honest man's word, and given the odd difference in elevation, we are lead to believe we are not responsible. We genuinely hope the damage has since been repaired and wish you the best moving forward.

  Contacted this company on Friday and requested a quote to bent railing. Receptionist by the name of Echo promised to get back with an estimate. Contacted them again by email on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and was not able to receive a quote. Called several times answer - we will get back to you shortly. Our guy is too busy. To busy to look at one picture and says how much it would cost to fix a bent railing? Finally after expressing my frustration over the phone Echo said she won’t even work with me anymore. Had to wait five days to hear that they won’t even consider my request. Bad customer service. Very unhappy with the place. Don’t recommend to use them.

  When Mr. Smogluck initially called, I informed him that we don’t do repair work on railings and our estimator was extremely backed up. Nevertheless, I told him that, as a courtesy, I would see if I could at least try to see if our estimator could give him an idea of what a repair like this might cost. After the first day, Mr. Smogluck took a very aggressive approach and demanded we give him an estimate. It became apparent very early that it would be in our best interest to not do work for him. After being berated on the phone, I politely emailed him to inform him that it would be best if he found someone else. In an email response back, he acknowledged his behavior (without apologizing) and further threatened to leave us a bad review if we did not meet his demands. Once again, I must emphasize that we do not even do repair work like he wanted done.

  the bid was great but the communication is horrible. i was told i'd get told by end of week on install date and nothing. i've texted multiple times because i got told texting was best and answered by end of day and nothing. I really wanted to get this installed but if nothing is done i don't know what can be done. i hope they handle this the right way and get a satisfied customer. because right now i am not satisfied.

  If I could give zero stars that would better reflect the level of service, or lack thereof! After waiting weeks for Far West to repair the roof on my town home, the property management company told me that far west roofing would "try to fit me in" the following week. In the meantime, as snow accumulated, I had more and more interior damage from the leak. Finally, I called another roofer who came in less than 90 minutes to give an estimate and the repair was completed within 24 hours. I called Far West Roofing to discuss the situation and was told that I would receive a return call from a higher up but I never heard back from anyone.

  Farr West Roofing has been very slow to keep in contact with us and after the job was done, I notice the spot on the roof they patch was very soft. We also have been waiting for over a month to get a note for our insurance company and the staff keep saying that only there supervisor can write it and he will get back in a week or two. I would go else where with your money. Farr West is very frustrating to work with.

  Seemed to do an ok job on the roof, but I have made 5 or 6 phone calls to Doug and Olan about damage to two different windows, they both have refused to come to my house to look at the damage. I have called consumer pertection and seems I will be filing a case with Far West Roofing in small claims courts, since they refused to come back and look at the damage for themselves. That makes me feel very uneasy about the job they did with the roofing , or with any warranty. June 07, 2011

  Far West Roofing has been absolutely amazing to work with! As a realtor, I often have very tight deadlines, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure timelines are met and our deals stay on track.   The picture below will tell anyone everything they might want to know about our experience with Far West Roofing. I am the Indiana Jones character in the western hat. We were very satisfied with the work that was done; we enjoyed working with and visiting with the crewmembers to the extent we could converse with one another. The job foreman, Eric was patient in dealing with our questions as the work progressed. As the work was nearing completion, I pulled Eric aside and asked him if there was anyway he thought he could get me up on top of that roof for a picture. As you can see the deed was done. The crew took great care in ensuring I made it to the top and got back down. I, of course, immediately posted evidence of my daring feat, to the enduring amusement of our entire family. I believe I am reasonably fit for the senior citizen that I am. In summary our experience with Far West and the crew was enjoyable and positive. When the guys drove away for the last time, I knew we were going to miss having them around.

  The stabilty and integrity of your home's roof is vital to the comort of living in your home. It's one of those things we take for granted until it starts leaking. Far West Roofing is the Roofer you call when you want your repair or replacement done the right way! They are professional, fair and the work is second to none!

  I meant to place a review about 5 years ago. Better late than never. I LOVE the roof! They were easy to work with. The price was acceptable. The workmanship was excellent! Not a single shingle has blown off in the wind! If I ever need service on my roof Far West will be the first place I call.

  I am very pleased with the work that was done on my home by Far West Roofing. This is the 2nd time I have used Far West Roofing, and the work was very satisfactory. They also did a great job cleaning up after they were finished!

  Doug and his crew at Farr West roofing are amazing at what they do. I had them do my roof and I watched and asked questions. They do 3 to 4 layers of protection in all the spots that matter so your roof wont leak. They take the time to do the job right the first time. I would for sure hire them again.

  Far West Roofing did an excellent job on my Roof. Did a great job with clean up. Came and got the job done quickly. I have referred them to multiple others for their roof repair and or replacement in both a commercial and residential level. They did excellend work each time.
