Worst experience ever with this company and Gerald. Wouldn't waste my time with this company! Unreliable.

  Reply from the business

J.M., you were never a customer of Family Tree Construction—no estimate, no contract, no work, and no payment. At your appointment time, immediately became verbally aggressive, and hung up before we could even discuss your project. Your review is misleading and does not represent any real experience with our company. It’s also worth noting that your profile shows a long pattern of leaving 1-star reviews for unrelated businesses across multiple states, which speaks for itself. We stand by our reputation for integrity, professionalism, and the high-quality work we deliver to real clients throughout Central Oregon. False claims and hostility won’t change that.

I don't usually do business with people I don't know. I had 5 estimates done before I chose Family Tree Construction. I decided to take a chance as I need a roof done in my budget. Gerald, Damon, and Brittney worked as a team to satisfy my questions, desires, and my needs. They were amazing! They even went above and beyond with some of my wishes. I didn't know quite what to expect and everyone was telling me not to do business with someone I don't know. I had a good feeling in my gut about Gerald and was willing to put my trust in him and his team. I can honestly say they didn't dissapoint. They are a trustworthy, Wonderful Family Business!

Scott, appreciate it. Glad you’re happy with how the roof turned out. The GAF HDZ system is solid when it’s installed right, and the crew takes pride in making sure it’s done clean and tight. If anything comes up over time, just reach out.

Easy to work with. Scheduled in about a week, removed 2 layers and put on entire roof in 1 day. Couldn’t believe it. Roof looks great.

Thanks, Dustin! We appreciate you taking the time to share that. Our crew takes pride in keeping things organized and efficient, and it’s great to hear that showed on your project. Two layers off and a full new roof in one day is no small task — glad you’re happy with the results. Enjoy the new roof!
