  This company did not honor their quote. I waited around for days in hopes to hire them all for them to up their quote after I put off hiring other companies. They were well aware my circumstance was urgent as my roof was leaking heavily and again, after upping their quote, said they’d get back to me to see what they could do. All they’ve done is waste my time and cause more damage to my house. They talk and good talk but do not honor their word.

  Taryn let us know she was eager to get work completed on her remodel because she fired her contractor. We were a little reluctant to work with her, but gave her a verbal estimate over the phone with the measurements she gave us. When we came on site for a free inspection, we encountered much more work that needed to be done. So we proposed an additional price for the added work that need to be completed. She then said she wanted us to price match other builders. We tried very hard, but unfortunately could not come up with an agreed-upon price. We tried to meet her or her significant other at the job site several times, but nobody could meet us face-to-face which would have made things much easier for questions and answers. We also offered a labor price only if she buys the rest of the materials which she did not accept. Prior to this review she has never posted a Google review.

  We hand five roofers quote on a roof replacement project in Sunriver. Larrabee was the first to respond to our RFQ, asked detailed questions to understand our desires. Quote came in as lowest bid. Owner worked with us to schedule the project that was convenient for us. Team started on schedule and provided excellent service. New roof looks great and would highly recommend them for any roofing project as cost, quality, and service are top notch!
