  Our house had this old, faded siding that was cracking in a dozen places and we finally decided to just do the whole thing rather than keep patching. Got a couple of quotes and Facade Siding Contractors were the ones who genuinely talked us through what they'd do instead of just handing over a number. They only take on complete siding jobs, which suited us fine since that's what we needed anyway. We picked james hardie after they explained the difference between that and vinyl and let us decide without pushing. The scheduling took a little coordinating but once they got going the pace was steady. Every day someone gave us a quick update on where things stood, which made the whole thing a lot calmer than I braced for a project this size to be. They also ended up doing our gutters in the same stretch since it made sense while everything was already torn off. The place reads like a different place now, and thats a compliment. The shade we chose landed even nicer than the sample looked. If you're on the fence about replacing versus repairing, these are the people to at least talk to first.

  called in january, did the estimate visit two weeks later, signed paperwork in early february. install was scheduled for april which was earlier than i expected given how booked good contractors usually are. they hit the start date within a day. project ran about a week and a half with one weather delay. communication during the job was good, project lead picked up his phone when i called or texted me back if he was up on the scaffolding. clean process overall

  this project was a long time coming. we talked about replacing the siding for years and just kept putting it off. finally reached out to facade siding after seeing them mentioned in a local group online. the first meeting went well, they came out and spent a decent amount of time looking at every side of the house. got the estimate back within a few days and it was broken down clearly. we took about a month to think it over and they didnt bug us about it which was nice. signed the contract in february and got on the schedule for late march. crew showed up on the scheduled day and got to work stripping the old vinyl off. they went section by section which kept things organized. new hardie board went up clean, they were meticulous about keeping the lines even. also replaced our soffit and gutters while they were up there. total project was about two weeks. the house is transformed and im glad we finally stopped putting it off. the new siding has real presence to it
