  Getting leakage in my son's room that I didnt not have prior to them doing the roof

  That’s unfortunate your experiencing a leak. Our repair techs have been to your place multiple times and have all came to the same conclusion. You have old wood siding, old wood trim around your windows that sit right on top of the roof. The leak is coming through the 1x trim around the windows. We would recommend to wrap the wood in aluminum and seal it. We was only contracted to replace your roof shingles. That included removal and installation of new shingles. Did not include any window / siding work.

  My experience with Evans Home improvement wasn’t the greatest. Crew showed up unexpectedly, didn’t come to the door and was supposed to call first. Nowadays I don’t take chances of anyone I don’t kno pulling in my drive. Secondly they knocked my light off the barn. I had to inform them they did so otherwise they would have left it. Finally got it fixed after a couple weeks. I wouldn’t recommend them.

  Wanted $250 to replace one shingle. Don't think so.

  Unfortunately we have minimums. Driving to your house, pulling the ladder off the truck and risking our lives to climb on your roof to fix it is not worth anything less. Good luck on your search as we know a lot of our competitors have $500 to $1000 minimums.

  We are roofers, we removed your clogged vent. Installed a new vent on the roof, we are not responsible to clean your dryer or dryer ducting

  New shingles look good. Had some initial issues that we discussed with crew foreman and they corrected them in a timely manner. Customer service was very responsive.

  Evans responded quickly in getting our roof tarped after the windstorms in March. They helped us get our claim approved by insurance, and our new metal roof looks great. They went above and beyond to make sure the trim looked good with our complicated roof line. Highly recommend!
