Called this business to get a quote on a leaking roof on my house we set an appointment for Monday. No call no show so I called them and they stated they were just about to call to let us know they were coming over. Okay I get it not every job goes as fast as planned maybe they got held up. inspector shows up and checks everything out. They tell us the will get us a quote and we should have it in 2 days this was on a Monday. Well that was in August it's been over a month still nothing I've called and left voicemails still haven't even gotten a call back will never do business with this company again

Did a great job on our roof but we have found 7 roofing nails so far since the beginning of march. I've stepped on one my husband on two and my son has stepped on one. I now have to trudge the yard with a magnet to find out if we have more that we havent uncovered. I have also emailed for my receipt for my insurance and I have yet to receive it and no one calls back after I leave a voicemail.

Mike came to the house to take a look at the roof leak and get a quote together. It's been almost two months ago and I never heard anything back from him or the company, no quote...nothing. I also had another company - Van Martin Roofing, come and they gave me a quote on the spot. Two-three weeks later, the roof leak was fixed. Elevated Roofing doesn't seem to have the staff or organization structure in place to obviously get quotes out.

Elevated Roofing and Siding has replaced the roof on all three houses we've owned. We keep using them because the price has always been fair, they keep to their schedule, and they do great work. If we need a fourth roof, they'll be my first call.
