  Had 2 door to door salesmen show up at ny house right after work and I politely declined, shook thier hands, and told them another time would be better (going through family stuff so it wasnt a good time). The one in charge scoffed and said ok and they walked off. They only care about your money/getting the sale/reaching a qouta, I dont care how good of work the do or the quality of the product, they will never have my business.

  These guys are slick salesmen looking to take advantage of people who don't know any better. I sat through their high pressure sales presentation for over 2 agonizing hours. They try to wear you down and confuse you with their bogus math to get you to sign an extremely expensive roofing proposal. They went as far as to straight up lie to us about the quality of shingles their competitors use. They specifically told us that the competitors shingles we were quoted would not be Class 3 singles. I looked it up after they left and their competitors are in fact quoting Class 3 shingles, installed at less than 1/3 of the of the cost as their proposal. They also refused to leave behind a written quote. So many red flags.

  Scam!! Terrible company who tries to take people on a fixed income for as much money as they can. They refused to cancel contracts. They refuse to give back down payments. I would run away from this company as far as you can, and never look back not to mention they are way overpriced.

  My credit score dropped from low 800 to 730 because of Erie Home. First they did a hard credit check. Then they did not cancel my down payment even though I backed out of their services the next morning. It has been a few weeks and I still have not gotten my money back.

  My parents called to get an estimate for Saturday Feb 17th and never showed up. Then I called them and the lady on the phone said we could not keep your appointment due to we are not in your area and you should have received a text or phone call we didn't receive any notification about it. This is very unprofessional and is this how you treat your customers. We wanted to see what they had to offer but I guess they don't want to do business with us and that's fine.

  Eric was my salesperson, his presentation was very good. He explained everything very well. The materials they use are at the highest standards above any other roofing contractor. I recommend them to my friends and they had Erie homes do their roof too. The installers are very good and do a high quality job. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs a roof.

  Very efficient from the time we signed the papers to install. Of couslrse we got a coupon for 50 percent off installation after the face but that's ok. Their guys were polite and did a good job cleaning up and got it all done in.1 day.

  Erie Home installed a new steel roof on my home May 11th. The crew was polite and friendly. The job was done in one day and the roof looks great! I would highly recommend Erie Home!

  Great company! Fully transparent throughout the whole process. Professional from the initial roof inspection to the final walk around the house after installation. Inspectors were late to the scheduled time, but it was because they got held up helping an elderly home owner get their roof repaired immediately. I am not upset about it, it just goes to show how much they care about their customers.

  They said they'd have it done in one day and they kept their word! They were short 2 people but they worked until 7 pm and finished the job. Hard workers.

  IMPRESSED with every aspect of work done!! KEEP in mind; they worked nonstop in a Blizzard.. So Cold it was. Amazing. It was. Just in the knick of time...because Snow did Not let up!! I am a happy camper!! Thank you ERIE.

  Excellent workmanship. Did our 4000sq. roof replacement in one day. they did use magnets to pick any loose nails. they did better ones. Forman of the job did not review the interior work with us. we were to see photos of panels replaced and overall venting system they placed. Still 5 stars

  Showing old brown shingles and new metal gray shingles. Scott did the estimate. He was very thorough and explained any problems he found with the old roof and showed me pictures. He's very friendly and professional. Answered any questions I had about the metal shingles. His pitch made sense. If I went the cheap route and just replaced with regular shingles, I'd have to get them replaced again every 10-15 yrs. Considering prices climbing through the years, I'm better off with the metal shingles, because they're so durable and the warrantee is good for 50 yrs! I'll save money in the long run. Plus I'll be 103 yrs old by the time the warrantee runs out. The company is able to get you signed up for a loan on the spot, so I agreed. It was easy. Installation for me only took 1 day. They were very good about clean up after the work was done. I recommend metal shingles from Erie. 😁
