After two years I have had two repairs for siding coming off and am still waiting for repair to a door installation. Poor response and poor quality installations

  Reply from the business

Thanks Bob for talking my call, glad we were able to set up a convenient time and date to realign the door.

Booked an appointment to have them come out and quote us on roof replacement this past weekend. No call, no show, no email after the fact explaining what happened. Incredibly unprofessional, would never book because if that's how they treat potential clients I wouldn't be surprised if they do the same to people who have placed a deposit and have no choice but to go with them. EDIT in response to company : You need to speak to Ethan again, because he is lying to you. I'm looking at my call display, and I didn't get a single phone call on Sunday from anybody, nor a voice message. There is no such 'network error' as you claimed on our phone call that would cause both the phone call to not go through, but also for a voice mail that you claim was left to never be recorded or delivered. My comments are not self serving. I get nothing out of it. They are serving any of your potential customers who may have the misfortune of contacting your company.

Sorry Dan for your experience, I spoke to Ethan and he did leave you a message at 11:32 am regarding your appointment. Your self serving comments comments and low ranking on google weren’t meretted. Regards, EnvirotechExteriors.ca

We consistently had to check-in on a start date for installation of doors/windows and were consistently pushed back week after week. We were rushed to have the doors and siding on site in time for installation despite no start date in mind. On the final call, we were told that a start date was not clear after waiting weeks. Once we got on the phone with the main guy, he completely DISRESPECTED our general contractor calling him a “hot head” and encouraged us to go elsewhere. Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.

Mateus and his team were outstanding. They ensured everything was prepared prior to spraying and Mateus spent an incredible amount of time getting to know me and answering all my questions. The product makes my roof glow again and I can’t wait to see how it deflects the rain away.
