I've used Empire Roofing for 3 warehouses now and recommended them to a few other building owners. They are my go to company and I wouldn't think of using someone else.

We had a large section of roof that was leaking everywhere. Andy and his team were level-headed, fair and professional in how they dealt with getting us a quote for applying a coating overtop of the existing roof. They did a high quality job on some tricky repairs! They were careful and took time to do the little things. Andy returned later to give it an inspection and then returned to make a few additional fixes. Overall I am very happy with Empire and would definitely recommend them. I look forward to working with them again in the future. Jim Noorman Innotec, Zeeland MI

They showed up on time and did what they said they would do for the price they quoted. Very good communication with the owner and job foreman. I would use them again.

Protect Your Roof Before Damage Develops Commercial roofs protect valuable assets, employees, and daily business operations. A structured maintenance program helps identify developing problems before they become costly repairs, extending the life of the roofing system and reducing unexpected disruptions. Commercial roof maintenance includes planned inspections, minor repairs, cleaning, and documentation performed on a regular schedule. During a maintenance visit, the membrane can be checked for wear, punctures, loose seams, and areas where water collects. Flashing, roof penetrations, drains, and scuppers are also evaluated. Minor issues such as small seam separations can often be addressed before moisture reaches the insulation or decking. Regular maintenance also creates a history of the roof’s condition, helping property owners monitor aging, prioritize repairs, and plan for future replacement. 📍 Find Us on the Map: https://maps.app.goo.gl/PooCezyjeQy7U9ps8 🔗 Learn More: https://www.roofsbyempire.com/roof-maintenance-kalamazoo-mi/ Protect your commercial roof before small problems lead to unnecessary repairs.
