I was very disappointed with services of Frank Mammola and Elite Home Exteriors. My roof took 2 days, I was quoted 1 day. Dumpster was not picked up for 4 days. Gutter Helmet leaf guard system was ruined and needs to be replaced at a cost of $2000.00. Frank is a very fast talker and once the job is paid for he is very nasty and unprofessional. My advice is stay away. .

Had my entire roof insulated, I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Very professional, crew was punctual and did great prep work to keep the area sealed and clean during install. Left the job site perfectly clean when they finished. …

I just had my roof redone using Elite Home Exteriors out of Danbury, owned by Frank Mammola. Frank is experienced and pleasure to deal with. The team working on the rood were fast, considerate and excellent craftsman. The roof was done on time and within budget with a long term warranty on both workmanship and materials. The copper flashing work was exceptional. I would definitely use them again if I have a need for other exterior work.

Frank, the project manager, was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and kept me informed with the installation criteria and the progress of the job. His crew was just as professional and did an amazing job with my roof and gutters. They also kept my yard very clean and I did not have to worry about debris around the house with small children living here. If you are looking for a new roof, please don't pass this company up and talk to Frank. Thanks Elite!!

Frank of Elite Home Exteriors was great to work with--friendly in his interactions, timely in his responses, and fair in his pricing. He managed to fit me in at a very busy time, and his crews (both roofing and gutters) were very professional. They completed the job in short order and cleaned up after themselves accordingly. We feel particularly good about the warranty that backs their work. Honestly, we would work with Frank and his team again, but based on the quality of the materials and installation, we will likely never need to install a roof again. Still, happy to recommend them to others. Thanks, Frank!
