Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’d like to clarify a few important points regarding this matter. When you contacted me on Saturday, I made myself available immediately and scheduled a visit for Monday—despite it being the weekend—to assess your concern personally. Upon inspection, I found that the leak was not originating from the roofing system we installed two years ago, but rather from the roof vent pipe, which appears to have sustained some form of impact damage. We fully understand the frustration that comes with a leak in your home, but this issue falls outside the scope of the roofing work we completed. We installed a complete flat roof replacement in 2022, which included removing and replacing all necessary plywood. The roof vent was intact and properly aligned at that time, as confirmed by our before-and-after photos. During the recent visit, I advised you to consult a licensed plumber to inspect the vent pipe itself, as this component is not part of roofing scope or warranty. As a courtesy, I applied additional rubber flashing around the vent to help mitigate any immediate water entry, although this is not a permanent fix for a potentially broken pipe. Regarding the material used, we intentionally use rubber flashing in certain areas due to its superior durability and long-term performance. If another contractor advised differently, I respect their opinion, but our methods meet industry standards and are based on years of hands-on experience. On the matter of documentation, I acknowledge the delay in providing a copy of the contract and apologize for the oversight. While the final cost of the project was amended on the original contract to reflect the full scope of wood replacement (an issue often only visible after tear-off), I understand that clearer communication upfront could have prevented some of the confusion. While I regret that this situation led to dissatisfaction, I want to emphasize that I take pride in standing b

Terrible destructive behavior. They destroyed our neighborhood with roofing debris, nails, metal, plastic, styrofoam.

This guy definitely takes advantage of people who don't know better about roofing. He will hustle and take advantage of un experienced homeowners. I hope people are sorting from most recent reviews rather than relevant to see that this guy scams people.
