The only one or two-star review we hold for El Segundo Roofing Contractors..

A guy named Bryan answers the phone and is so rude. First hung up on me, then he told me to stop calling. I was trying to reach the owner. Not an employee. And for you to treat a person asking to speak to the owner you should probably be nice. Bad customer service. About to post this guy on Yelp too.

We are very happy with the roofing service. Elias and his crew replaced our roof and gutters recently. Elias was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, honest, and fair with pricing. He came recommended by a neighbor, and the whole roof replacement went smoothly. The team removed the old shingles and installed new shingles along with a powered attic roof fan. They used quality roofing materials and colors that fit the neighborhood requirements. They also replaced the existing gutters and downspouts, which really improved the look and function of the home. Elias explained the pricing and warranty details clearly from the start. He also let us know there could be extra cost if any roof decking or plywood needed replacement, so we understood what to expect before the work began. In our case, there was no hidden damage, which was great news. The crew worked on time, stayed on schedule, and kept us updated throughout the project. They completed everything in one day and did a thorough cleanup after the job, removing all roofing debris and leaving the property neat. We highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof and gutter replacement done right.

They installed an aluminum roof on our home a long time ago, and it still looks great and performs very well. The roofing system came with a lifetime warranty and added coverage for the next owner, which gave us a lot of confidence in the work. We have not had any problems with the roof, even through hot sunny weather in El Segundo. Later, the crew came back to extend the roof over our framed-in sunroom, and the new section matched the original roof perfectly. The color, style, and finish blended in so well that it looks like it was all done at the same time. They also helped when we noticed a leak in our breakfast room wall. After a careful inspection, Harold found that the issue was not the roof itself, but improper flashing where two walls met. The team quickly removed the stucco, installed the correct flashing, and repaired the area completely. They handled the whole job from start to finish, and we have had no issues since. Very professional roofing service, strong attention to detail, and excellent workmanship.

Keith came out to check a section of my roof gutter that kept overflowing during heavier rain, even after I had cleaned it. He found that the downspout guards were causing the problem and recommended adding gutter guards along the area that picks up the most debris. He gave me a quote right there and later sent a written estimate as well. I also appreciated that there was no charge for the inspection. I decided to have more gutter guards installed than first suggested, and we quickly got everything arranged and scheduled the same day. Keith returned with Raymond, and they finished the gutter work in about 50 minutes. The whole process was smooth, and their roofing and gutter knowledge really showed. Fair pricing, on time, friendly, skilled, and efficient. I’m very happy with the service and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof and gutter help in El Segundo.

we needed a section of fascia repaired on our roofline, so we called and got a quick response to schedule an inspection. harold came out to look at the roofing and trim issue, and by the end of the day we had a clear quote. the repair was completed shortly after, and the whole process was smooth and easy. they were professional, polite, and very responsive from start to finish. we had reached out to a few other roofing companies before this and did not get the same level of follow-up, so this experience really stood out. for a home in El Segundo, it was great to find a roofer who understood exterior trim, fascia, and roof edge repairs and handled the job efficiently. even during a busy roofing season, i think they would still be worth the wait because the service, communication, and workmanship were excellent.

Definitely recommend! I called around for an estimate to repair or replace a roof leak. A few places did not even want to come out unless I was ready for a much bigger roofing job. Another contractor came by and gave a very high estimate for a full replacement. Then I spoke with Miguel, who said it would most likely be repairable, and he sent Keith out the next day to inspect it. Keith was professional, checked the problem area right away, and quickly found the source of the leak. He was able to complete the roof repair on the spot. Since then, we have had strong rain and windy weather in El Segundo with no issues at all. I am very glad we found them and will definitely use them again for any future roofing work. Highly recommend for honest roofing service, fast response, and quality repair work.

After a recent wind storm, several shingles were blown off my roof, so I started looking for a small local roofing company with strong reviews. They were a great choice. I contacted them through online chat, and Miguel replied right away. He gave me a fair quote and scheduled the roof repair for the next clear day. When the work was finished, Miguel walked me through the repairs, showed me photos of the shingle and roof area that was fixed, and explained everything in a simple way. He was friendly, professional, and made sure I understood the condition of the roof and the repair process. I really appreciated how careful he was and how well he communicated from start to finish. Overall, I am very pleased with the roofing work and would absolutely trust this team again for any future roof repair, shingle replacement, or storm damage service. Highly recommend them for honest, dependable roofing help.

After wind damage caused a roof leak, I needed a full roof replacement fast. The roofing team made the whole process easy from the start. Miguel worked closely with my insurance company, explained each step in simple terms, and helped keep the project moving without delays. Within a short time, I had a new roof installed, and the workmanship looked clean, solid, and professional. I was especially impressed by how organized and responsive the crew was. They showed up on time, kept the job site neat, and answered my questions about roofing materials, ventilation, and the installation process. Living in El Segundo, it is important to have a roof that can handle strong sun, coastal weather, and windy conditions, and I feel much more confident now about the protection over my home. A neighbor nearby also had roof damage, and seeing the difference in service made me appreciate this team even more. My experience was smooth, efficient, and stress free from inspection to final cleanup. I am very thankful for the excellent roofing service, quick turnaround, and the peace of mind that came with having the job done right.
