We hold no one or two-star review text for Cox Roofing Services. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

The maintenance records told the story. Every year brought another leak repair, another invoice, and another area to watch. We finally approved a full commercial roof replacement after a complete inspection showed widespread deterioration. The contractor removed the old roofing system, replaced damaged insulation and cover board, and installed a new modified bitumen roof. They rebuilt several drainage areas and replaced perimeter flashing. The project covered a large commercial building, so the crew worked in sections to keep access available. I appreciated the straightforward communication and the attention they gave to the details most people never see from the ground.

The biggest challenge with this project was the size. The roof covered several connected sections of the property, and each area had its own drainage and access concerns. We hired Cox Roofing for commercial reroofing after receiving …

This project involved a complete replacement across a large flat roof with several failing sections. The crew rebuilt the problem areas before installing the new system. The final result looks clean, drains correctly, and clearly reflects better workmanship than what was there before.

The old flat roof on our facility had too many weak points to keep repairing. We approved a complete reroofing project, and Brian kept the scope clear from the beginning. The crew moved efficiently, rebuilt the damaged sections, and delivered a finished roof that looks and performs much better.

The old flat roof over our extension had become a constant source of leaks. These roofers proposed switching to a TPO membrane with welded seams and upgraded drains. The installation required removing multiple layers of BUR and installing …

The tile roof had structural sagging near the valley, and they reframed that section and completed a full replacement using synthetic tiles. The project leader supervised and ensured alignment remained perfect across the surface.

The old roof was starting to lift around the dormers, and we knew patchwork wouldn’t cut it anymore. They replaced everything with architectural shingles that have a deep, dimensional look. The leader coordinated inspections and made sure …

Designing a new gable roof with metal panels was part of our home’s major remodel. We wanted the durability of metal, but with attention to layout and aesthetic lines. Andrew and his team at Cox Roofing took on the installation, …

We had a flat roof issue, and these guys fixed it perfectly. They checked everything first, explained what needed to be done, and even suggested waterproofing to prevent future problems. The installation was quick, and they fixed some …

Old three-tab shingles were peeling off and sagging along the eaves. We did the entire roof replacement, stripping everything down to the deck, replacing weak plywood panels, and installing dimensional asphalt shingles. They also improved attic airflow by adding ridge vents and clearing out the old soffits. Knowing we won’t have to worry about the roof for a long time is calming.

Along with new siding and windows, we had Cox Roofing’s team do a roof replacement. They upgraded the entire roof, including the flashing around every penetration, and added an ice shield. Everything is new, and the new roof fits well. Thank you!!!

I worked with Cox Roofing on my new roof installation, and the project turned out well. Their planning, communication and execution of the entire installation job have been fabulous. I also appreciated the cleanup, which was excellent. They always kept me up to date on my progress, answered all my questions, and completed the job on time. Thank you so much for the beautiful roof.

Cox Roofing Services to take care of my roof. They have been my roofers for more than a decade and have simply given me no scope to complain. They conduct regular inspections and if there are any issues, they fix them right away. I will continue to use their services and would also be recommending them to everyone.
