My house is over 50 years old. I had a leak in one of the rooms that I knew I needed to get fixed. And I was afraid I would need a new roof. Tanner from Edwards Roofing gave me several options. The option that would work best for me was instead of a new roof; he was able to fix the leak and apply a layer of sealant over the existing roof. Which should last for at least 10 years. The cost was less much less than what I expected. I am in my late 70's, and a new roof was not what I wanted to do. I highly recommend this company, Edwards Roofing and Tanner Edwards.

I had need for a Roof repair and Tanner expertly gave us a quote over the phone, showed up in the next morning and assessed the situation and fixed it even though it took a little bit more work than he originally anticipated he stuck with his original price. Quality work with Professionalism. Thank you, Tanner!

Very honest hardworking man named Tanner, showed up to fix our roof on his day off. This is the kind of guy you consider a good friend from the moment you meet him. Did excellent work and did not over charge. We have had him twice now for repair from wind damage here in Ivins. Very knowledgeable about roofs!

I had the pleasure of hiring Tanner Edwards with Edwards Roofing to work on my leaking cabin rooftop. He offered good suggestions with several different options for repairing the leaks and weathered areas. I found him to be very professional, polite and on schedule. Most importantly, he returned phone calls and thoroughly addressed all concerns related to the job. I found him to be very knowledgeable and somewhat of a perfectionisi. I am very satisfied with his workmanship. The final result of his repair was dramatically better in appearance than I expected. I am not sure how his prices compare with other roofers because he is the only one who called me back and provided an onsite estimate. He easily earns a 5 star rating from my interaction with him.

Due to wind damage this year, I needed to replace roofing on my home, After five different bids , I made the decision to roll with Edwards roofing . This company was moving forward fast with all proposals and leg work to start and give a complication date , There office personnel keep me updated with all details, schedule’s , delivery’s, dates ,time’s ,billing, paperwork. Construction of the project was flawless . This bid included one house roof, one tool shad roof, one well house roof .There work was clean, all lines and valleys flowed , Like it was lazier cut to fit my roof , couldn’t tell where they stopped or started . I give them a five star rating. Thank You , Edwards Roofing . Christopher Kelly.
