Please beware of this company. Would give a 0 if possible. Shawn was the salesman that sold us the roof 10 years ago. Supposed to have a lifetime warranty which included materials and labor. They failed to register the warranty and …

BEWARE .....this company has been giving my mom the run around in an effort to NOT stand behind their work. My mom lives in a 55+ community & this company scams the elderly who need work done. They blatantly will tell you to your face once an issue raises due to their "shotty", that it's not their problem. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! Alsocheck them out with the better business bureau...they have loads of complaints against them.

I had these guys re roof my house in the spring. One of the first signs that there was going to be a problem was the mess they made in the front yard. They parked a heavy truck in the front yard and left two deep tire tracks in the lawn …

Couldn't get an estimate or a response from these people. After perusing the other reviews I'm relieved they didn't answer.

I called Senez Roofing to come out and tarp my roof as we have damage from hurricane Irma. I was told they would be to my house on 9/30 between 9am and 2pm. This company called the day before on 9/29 to confirm they would be coming on 9/30 between 9am and 2pm I asked if they could come earlier in the day and their person said yes she would put that on the schedule. It is now 3:37pm on 9/30 and I have not heard a word from this company. They have not shown up to tarp my roof. I also called them at 11:45am on 9/30 to see what was going on because they had not shown up (lady said she would have them come in morning) and nobody answered I did leave a message on somebody's voicemail. It sounded like the lady who called to confirm on 9/29. If you want a roofer who will show up don't use Senez Roofing. Apparently they have enough business and don't need more. They can now forget even coming in October to give me an estimate for a new roof on my home. I'm not surprised to see others who have also given this company a 1 star review.

I want to write a review and explain how disappointed & disgusted I am with this company. We got a brand-new roof four years ago and every year since, Senez roofing has had to come out and fix an area in the garage were it continuously is leaking when we get heavy rains. There is a stain on the roof that we have fixed year after year. Now again after hurricane Matthew, the roof is leaking in the same spot and senez roofing was contacted. They have made appointments with us for weeks in a row and was a no call no show for three weeks. I patiently waited knowing how busy they were due to the hurricane aftermath. Finally when they came out on a scheduled day, I found one of the workers urinating in my front yard on the fence. We also found about 20 nails in our yard (we have two young kids) & there was also a wire that was part of our alarm system that they drilled into and we had to replace. Now we are in a "waiting" situation to see if the roof is fixed yet again, so we are waiting for heavy rains. It is very unsettling. What I recommend this company? Heck no

We recently had our roof replaced and gutters installed and screen metal roof replaced . I can’t say enough great things about experience with Shawn and the Senez Team. From the initial estimate, we were given a fair price and honestly. The …

Senez Roofing is absolutely amazing. Their sales person Shawn OQuinn is truly one of the best. He knows his job and is more than just a sales guy. He knows the business. He doesn’t try to sell you anything you don’t need and makes sure the job is done right and on time. Highly recommend!

We have used this company for decades and have been very happy with their service. They have lasted in this community since the 1970’s! That speaks volumes and is why we choose them in the first place. We chose an upgraded design series architectural shingle and love it!! Just like with any service or company read more than one review and make a decision based on what the majority are saying.

Everything so far is very satisfying. Crew laid tarps down around the whole house to catch anything coming off the roof. They were here a little after 6:40 AM and didn’t leave until they finished which was after 8:00 PM. Roof looks great, the crew did a great job cleaning up. Very satisfied

Highly satisfied from the moment we talked to Shawn until roof was replaced. Not only was Senez roofing the lowest bid but their service was outstanding. The timeline we were given was spot on. The crew that did the root were polite and courteous the whole day. Lastly, our insurance adjuster told us we needed the pan roof over our shed replaced. When talking to Shawn he told us there wasn’t anything wrong with the pan roofing and we would be spending money unnecessarily. I would recommend Senez Roofing for anyone in need of a roof.
