After a heavy wind and rain storm, I noticed a shingle had slipped off my roof and landed in the gutter. The roofing team responded fast to my call and came out quickly for an inspection. In less than two days, they completed a thorough roof repair and got everything back to normal. What stood out most was how carefully they checked the whole roofing area. During the inspection, they found that not just one but two shingles had been installed the wrong way, which made them more likely to get damaged by wind and rain. They clearly explained the problem, showed me what needed to be fixed, and handled the repair the right way. The crew was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. The repair was done cleanly, and the price for the service call and roof work was much lower than I expected. I really appreciated their fast response, honest communication, and solid workmanship. Great roofing service all around.

We have already recommended this roofing company to friends and family after they completed several projects for us, including a new roof, front porch roof work, gutter installation, and soffit repair. The whole crew was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with from start to finish. They often arrived even earlier than the scheduled time, which helped keep the roofing and exterior work moving smoothly each day. Whenever we had questions about the roof, gutters, or repair details, it was easy to get in touch with someone and we always received quick answers. One big reason we chose them was the respect they showed throughout the entire process. They treated me with the same professionalism and attention they gave my husband, and they took time to clearly explain materials, scheduling, and the scope of work. My concerns were listened to carefully and handled with real courtesy, which made us feel confident in hiring them. We are truly pleased with the quality of the roofing and exterior work they completed for our home. The finished results look great, everything was handled in a timely way, and the service exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing, gutter, or soffit services.

I spent two days trying to find matching shingles for my mom’s roof repair in Covina, and most places said the roofing product was not available. A few people pointed me in other directions, which helped, but I was still having a hard time …

We had a leaking skylight in our living room and contacted Echo roofing Inc. through the website. Terrence called back quickly and came out the next day to inspect the issue and provide an estimate. After finding the best repair, the roofing crew returned right away and completed the work, including blending new shingles with our older roof so everything looked consistent. Terrence also helped with some small interior touch-up painting around the skylight area. We really appreciated the fast response, clear communication, and professional roofing service, and we would gladly use them again for any skylight repair or roof work.
