Hello Ms. Perez, we take our feedback seriously, but we have no record of a client or project matching your description in our 90-year history. As Stone Roofing Company is based in Azusa, California and specializes in commercial roofing only, it appears this was intended for a different business. Is it possible this was intended for another business in Texas? If so, we’d appreciate it if you could double-check and if so, please delete the review for Stone Roofing Company, Inc. Thank you so much in advance for your time!

Responsive and professional. They do what it takes to answer any question you may have. I spoke with Toni (sp?) She is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of stone roofing. She called me back each time promptly. Im so thankful for her going completely out of her way to help me out. So grateful.

As a property manager in LA County I am always on the hunt for reliable roofing companies. Yesterday, I was contacted by one of my residents regarding a roof leak they were experiencing. They were requesting immediate service because of the incoming rains in a few days. I told them that I would reach out to several roofers and see if I could get someone out but not to expect too much, because most roofers have a 5-7 day turnaround time for inspections and repairs. To my surprise, when I contacted Stone Roofing on a recommendation not only where they able to do the inspection within a couple of hours but they were also able to do the repairs same day. I am super impressed with their communication, availability and pricing and I will be using them across my entire portfolio moving forward!

Had a great experience with Stone Roofing. They came out and did an inspection of the metal roof on our warehouse, gave me an estimate to make repairs, and then completed work exactly as promised. Service was prompt and communication was excellent. I will use them again for my next project. Recommend.

Great in every way: got out to give the bid quickly and on time; did the same for the 2 day job; their workmen were very nice, knowledgeable and hard working. We are very happy.

Excellent response, thorough work, fair price. We have several commercial buildings. They have provided repair and maintenance quotes, repairs, surveys. In addition, they have provided hours of evaluations and deeper investigation for repair or replacement feedback.

We have been working with Stone Roofing for several years and recently had them replace our polyfoam roof. The entire project cost $100,000 and we couldn't be happier with the results. The team was punctual and completed the job in a timely manner. A few weeks after the new roof was installed, it rained, giving us the chance to see how well the new roof functioned. As expected with polyfoam, there were some high and low areas which caused minor issues. Stone Roofing promptly agreed to rework the roof to our satisfaction. Their lead man, Keith Kammer, was absolutely wonderful. He had a great attitude, extensive knowledge of polyfoam roofing, and agreed to rework half of the roof at no additional charge. Once again, the job was completed in record time. We highly recommend Stone Roofing for their excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction. Thank you, Stone Roofing, for a job well done!
