  My experience with EC seems to be different from everyone else's. I had nothing but problem after problem with them. First, the skylight they installed had a crack in it (not their fault, they said it was delivered cracked, but it was waterproof so they installed it and said they would replace it). Over a month later I don't know if or when it will be replaced like they said it would. They also shook a pipe loose, it fell through the kitchen ceiling and broke off a piece of my granite countertop. EC paid to fix the plumbing but refused to help with the cost of the countertop. When I put a claim in with my insurance company to help me replace the countertop, EC emailed me asking me to tell the insurance company it wasn't their fault the pipe was knocked out of the wall because EC didn't want to have to pay for the replacement. Finally, they installed the gutter on the back of my house incorrectly and I had water pouring in my back window and my mud room when it rained. The gutter is on the older end of it's life, to be fair, but it wasn't leaking before they replaced the roof and it was leaking after. They also broke the connection between the gutter and the down spout so much of the water runs down the side of my house. They sent someone out to "fix" it after they were done, but the "fix" was a little bungee cord to connect the gutter to the house. Had to call a different roofing company to replace the back gutter properly.

  Dear Jacquelyn, First let me say that I am truly sorry that you are or were experiencing problems with your roof. Please allow me to explain what I think the situation is and how it has unfolded. We installed your roof approximately 20 years ago in 2005 when your twins and our son were 2 years old. Since then, unfortunately we have had numerous hurricanes, devastating thunderstorms and countless days of high winds uncommon for our area that loosened your ridgevent. We were never contacted by you for a roof inspection or heard anything about any concerns including leaks until last year. I even double checked our records to make sure we didn't miss any communication from you and we hadn't. Per our records you contacted us about a leak on 12/27/22. We immediately came out and after you agreeing we repaired it for $330.00 on 1/11/23. The contract that you signed stated "no warranty" and that if it leaked again we would need to replace the ridgevent. We did identify the problem and it seemed from our end that the repair must have worked because we did not hear from you again until almost a year later on 12/11/23. We again were out to you within days to access the leaking and provided another proposal to you for $885.00. You agreed to this proposal and we performed the repair. As you stated we had multiple torrential storms that seemed to make the leaking much worse. We came out again and installed a tarp at no charge since we were expecting another bad storm. Yes, those storms made the leaking worse. The shingles we installed 20 years ago had a 25-year warranty against manufacture defects. Many companies would have proposed to replace the roof because that's all they will deal with. Your roof shingles were not the problem and did not need to be replaced. Your 20 year old aluminum ridgevent was loosened by the wind which caused the caulking to come off the fasteners. This was nothing we did wrong.   We had our roof done (including removal of smoke stack and replacement of sky lights) a few weeks ago. The team was very communicative and knowledgable. Very happy with our experience and the work done.

  We had EC Roofing upgrade and replace our gutters and downspouts. They were communicative and really listened to our needs. There were no sales tactics and pricing was clear and upfront. EC Roofing was diligent in confirming all the details of our project before starting, and asked me if everything was to my satisfaction once the work was done. Their craftsmen arrived on time the day of the project, worked neatly, and respected the property. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend. Thank you!

  EC Roofing is a family business owned by Michael and Marisol Grap since 1992. They have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.Our experience with EC Roofing has been nothing short of excellent. We first contacted EC Roofing in 2009 about the roof for our home. Mike came out and did an inspection and wrote the contract. The crew he sent out were extremely professional,polite and they left the job site spotless. We contacted EC Roofing again in 2012 for a new roof for our garage and in 2025 for new windows in our home. Each time his team were professional, efficient and prepared to do their jobs. They were always respectful. You could tell they took pride in their job with their workmanship. Mike hires employees who have all these qualities because they are a representation of EC roofing. As a last comment, Adam,his window salesman,Marsella is office manager and Jim and Hunter his installers were very accommodating when we needed to reschedule the install of our windows.EC Roofing treats you like family. Mike even sends his son out yearly to check the roof on our home and garage. EC Roofing is definitely a company that will exceed all your expectations. The Good Family

  As a result of the wicked wind this winter, we called on EC roofing to repair some damage. They came out while snow was still on the ground and rooftop to fix the damage. We also had them inspect the roof and fix those issues as well. This apparently will help protect the roof, I had know idea one should have the roof inspected every 2 years until EC roofing advised us. We are a DIY family but we are learning that having the professionals come to our rescue is a “ good thing “! This is our 1st time using EC roofing and so far it’s working out.

  I’m really pleased with the services of EC Roofing & Home Services Direct. They did an excellent job repairing the Fascia on my house. The estimate was great, the Job was done in the two week window of time as promised. The staff are very nice, professional and feel like family. I’m glad I chose them.

  EC Roofing replaced the flashing on my roof that blew off in a recent windstorm. I messaged them via the website, and they scheduled the appointment that week. The roofer gave me a reasonable quote and had everything on the truck to finish the job.
