bad experience Tony manger recommended me a solar exusted fan for my roof as the best solution but what I had bad it creates more humidity in my attic because it's only working in sunny days and it's not that powerful fan on cloudy days …

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We would like to clarify several important facts regarding this installation. We installed the solar attic fan on April 26. At the time of installation, we recommended that the fan be installed on the opposite side of the roof because, based on the layout and ventilation conditions of your attic, we believed that was the proper location for better airflow and performance. You did not want the fan installed in that recommended location and instructed your son to have the fan installed on the other side instead. Our company has been installing solar attic fans for over 15 years, and our recommendation was based on our experience as well as the manufacturer’s installation and performance guidelines. We also discussed the existing insulation and limited airflow conditions in the attic, which can significantly affect how well any attic ventilation system performs. A solar attic fan is only one component of a properly functioning attic ventilation system. Its performance depends on proper placement, adequate intake ventilation, insulation, and the overall design and condition of the attic. We understand your concerns regarding the humidity and temperature in your home. However, we do not believe it is fair to attribute the current moisture, odor, or wet-wall conditions solely to the solar fan, particularly when our recommended installation location was not followed. We stand behind the recommendation we provided at the time of installation and our more than 15 years of experience installing solar attic ventilation systems.

Services provided we scheduled immediately and were accomplished within a couple days of being scheduled. Work was expertly accomplished and Angel was knowledgeable and understood what was needed to be done. I would use their services again. THIS POSITIVE POST WAS NOT POSTED BY THE HOMEOWNER. ALPHA DESIGNS POSTED IT THEMSELVES. THE SERVICE AND REPAIRS THEY PROVIDED WAS POOR AND I HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO PROPERLY MAKE THE REPAIRS. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

About two years ago I posted a positive review but after the same problem occurred I found out that the service I received wasn't needed...I was told that I needed a ridge installed .when the same problem came back I reached out and was told by the that another part of the roof was weak and needed to be repaired and that was going to cost a couple of thousand..I'm so glad I got another opinion . because the whole time it was the vent boot above the room that was affected...so long story short i paid for work that I didn't need.when dealing with them or any other roofers ALWAYS get another opinion.since were not on the roof and dont know anything other than whatever they say..they'll tell anything to get the contract.PLEAS BEWARE

The previous roofing company did not install the proper ridge vent or you had no circulation. All the photos were provided to you after the job was completed over 3 years ago. We did not install your roof, we made corrections based on improper ventilation per International building code IBC. Tony Franchi

Great experience! Alpha came out for a gutter guard quote the same day and had the product ordered and installed within just a few days after I signed the contract. They were also priced much lower than the competition for the same quality product- I would definitely recommend.

I contacted Alpha Design Services for a roof repair and was thoroughly impressed by their rapid, proactive response. Tony responded instantly, and given the pending rain, he immediately sent technician Angel for an assessment. Angel quickly sized up the issue and scheduled the repair for the earliest possible time. Tony was efficient in sending the quote and assessment photos. The repair, executed promptly and on schedule by Angel and another technician. Before-and-after photos were documented. For fast, reliable service, I strongly recommend Alpha Design Services. Special Thanks to Tony & Angel!

It was our first time meeting and working with Alpha Design Service, and they were excellent from start to finish. We sustained damage to our roof and Hardie board siding, and they quickly assessed everything, providing a thorough inspection along with a clear quote and detailed photos. Their pricing was surprisingly reasonable, especially considering it included their additional standard work and extra perks for roof servicing. Once the contract was signed, they completed the repairs promptly and provided both before-and-after photos. Throughout the entire process, they, Angel to be specific, communicated consistently by phone and text, which we truly appreciated. Alpha Design Service went above and beyond our expectations and exceeded any experience we’ve had with other roofing companies.

Roof Deck Gaps: How a 1/8-Inch Gap Can Void Your Roof Warranty When homeowners think about a new roof, they usually focus on shingles, colors, or warranties. But one of the most important parts of your roof is hidden underneath the shingles—the roof decking. If your home has older plank roof decking, the gaps between the boards could determine whether your new roof is installed correctly, remains leak-free, and keeps its manufacturer warranty.
