I have nothing but problems with my roof, my general contractor and I have been chasing the owner for over 2 years and have not received any positive response. save yourself future aggravations and search for a better roofing contractor.

The team demonstrated exceptional responsiveness, a professional demeanor, and profound expertise. Initially anticipating a complex repair requiring a permit, they adeptly identified a more straightforward solution that fully complied with municipal regulations. For highly competent and dependable service, we recommend contacting Dynamic Exteriors Inc.

We manage a commercial building in Oak Park,IL that had a unique roofing structure that was beyond repair. After working with an architectural consultant, we were connected with Nash and Dynamic Exteriors to replace the roof. Their pricing was the best among competing bids and they came highly recommended. Nash was very responsive and informative before, during, and after. We never received any complaints from our tenants throughout the replacement and are very happy with how everything went. Thank you!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 8 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 8, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Dynamic Exteriors, Inc. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
