Dura did a full replacement on our roof a few weeks back. Found them after asking around in wheeling for someone reliable and a couple people had used them. Quote came in middle of the pack but they were the most detailed about what they …

had a spot on the ceiling in the upstairs hallway that kept coming back every spring no matter what we did. two previous roofers had patched it and both times it returned within a year. Dura sent someone out who actually went into the attic …

dura was good. had them out for a repair after some shingles blew off in that big storm a while back. quote came through quick, they scheduled us within the week, and the actual fix took maybe two hours. price was reasonable for the kind of work it was. roof looks normal again which is all i wanted. would call them again if something else comes up, no complaints about how they handled it

Reached out after seeing their truck at a neighbor's house. The estimator came by two days later and took his time looking at everything, including the attic. Got the quote that night by email. We sat on it for about a week comparing to one other company, then signed. Install was scheduled roughly three weeks out and started exactly when they said. Two day job, dumpster picked up the morning after. The follow-up email a few days later with the warranty info was a small but appreciated touch.

Dura Roofing did our roof and it went smoother than I expected for a project like that. The estimator actually took the time to go through our questions, which I appreciated since we'd never had a roof replaced before and had a lot of them. …

whole process was pretty painless tbh. found them while searching for roofers near Lincolnshire and their reviews looked legit so i called. got an estimate fast, scheduling was easy. crew knew what they were doing and moved quick. roof looks good and the price ended up being what they quoted, no surprises

Needed a new roof, got a few quotes and dura was the one that felt the most straight with us. No pressure, just here's what it cost and here's the timeliness. They stuck to both which was nice. Crew came out on a Monday morning had everything torn off and new shingles up by Tuesday afternoon, looks great!!!

There was a section of the roof near the chimney that had been leaking off and on for a while. Dura Roofing tacked it down to deteriorated flashing and got it replaced. It’s been a couple months now through some pretty rough weather and everything has stayed dry. Really glad that’s resolved.
