  our first call with DRH was easy, the person who answered actually knew what she was talking about and got me on the schedule for an estimate that same week. the estimator walked the whole house with me, pointed out a couple things i hadnt noticed near the chimney flashing area, didnt pressure me on anything. signed the contract about a week later. install crew showed up when scheduled, four guys, and they got the tear off done day one. siding went up over the next three days. they kept the work area neat which my neighbor actually mentioned to me. the new siding wraps the house cleanly, corners look sharp, the soffits and fascia look new too since we added that to the scope. final walkthrough they pointed out everything they did and answered my last few questions. solid outfit

  We had a recurring problem with water staining on the inside of one wall every time we got a heavy rain from the south. Two different contractors looked at it over the years and just told us to caulk things and hope. DRH was the first to actually pull a section of siding and find that the housewrap was torn and tucked wrong around an old vent. They fixed that area properly and replaced the siding on that whole wall to match. No staining since, going on six months now including a wet spring.

  Our old cedar sliding was starting to rot and looked terrible . DRH Siding contractor came out to elmhurst and gave us a great quote for James hardie planks . The transformation is incredible and the house is so much better insulated now . I really appreciate the hard work they put into this
